Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr kompetent. Allerdings könnte die Reinigung der Zimmer bzw. das Auffüllen der Verbrauchsmaterialien etwas genauer erfolgen. Aber jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag.

Positive; beautiful resort and friendly staff. Location is central to bus stop and shops. Cons: The rooms were dusty and not clean. I spent four(4) nights and my bedding was never changed. It took a phone to the desk to insist on having the bathroom cleaned. Breakfast and dinner choices are limited. The choice of coffee is limited .

Eine wunderschöne Anlage in zweiter Reihe von S'Arenal, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Türe los und es gibt auch ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße für einen Mietwagen. Ein Wunsch blieb überfüllt: offener Tee zum Frühstück, leider nur Beuteltee.

Tolles Hotel im März, wo noch geringe Auslastung vorhanden ist Ingesamt tolles Gesamtpaket mit ganz kleinen Kritikpunkten: Toll: Ausblick auf das Meer, Wellnessbereiche und Poollandschaften, Frühstück ( insbesondere der Kaffee aus Siebträgermaschine) Was mir persönlich nicht 100% gefallen hat: Zimmer zu klein, kaum Ablagemöglichkeit ( ich habe ein Doppelzimmer allein genutzt), Waschbecken im Zimmer statt im Bad gefällt mir nicht, Abendessen als Buffet hat mich nicht 100% überzeugt ( war aber sehr abwechslungsreich)

Staff was so rude, room was broken. I checked in late around 6-7PM, and my room was weird. First, the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on. I went down to the front desk to ask for service, asking them to send someone over in 5-10 minutes since I had to re-park my car. David, the guy who checked me in, said to make it quick since his staff has to go home lol. I did. Staff comes up to the room and opens up the ceiling of my room to gain access to some electro lines or whatever. All good. Then I realize that all the outlets (charging plugs) are not working. Frustrated that this room is broken, I go back down and request room change since this room is clearly broken. David, the guy who checked me in and was there the whole time for my service requests, not once apologized. No sorry for inconveneience, no nothing. He just said that he can't change the room since if he changes the room and "another tiny thing" is not working, I will come back down to complain. So rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is characterized as tiny that the entire bathroom light is not working and that the whole outlets in the room is not working that I couldn't charge my phone. So rude that I will personally persuade everyone who considers this hotel to rethink and book somewhere else. The serviceman was very nice, though he did not speak any English, he was kind and apologetic about the inconvenience. He ended up switching the room for me (I'm assuming he realized the outlet was not a quick fix).

Tolle Unterkunft, super Essen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es könnten aber noch Kleinigkeiten verbessert werden. Z.B. Kleiderhaken in den Zimmern (für Jacken). Haken im Bad/auf dem Balkon für die nassen Handtücher. Die Tür von der Dusche schliest nicht richtig, dadurch läuft Wasser in den Raum.

Wir hatten eine sehr schön

Tanto la habitación como el personal han dejado que desear. Desde la llegada, la recepcionista se le notó que solo importaba hacernos el check-in rápidamente para quedarse ella tranquila. La habitación está bien, pero no para un 5 estrellas. El baño dentro de un armario, sin puerta como tal y son poder cerrarla del todo. En las fotos de la habitación no se apreciaba. La ducha tenía una en la parte del cristal y fui a hablar con la misma recepcionista, que en vez de pedir ayuda desde el primer momento, me preguntó si me había duchado con la puerta abierta. Comentario fuera de lugar. Además, le dije que quería dos toallas para secar el suelo y en vez de eso, avisó a housekeeping y a SSTT. La persona de SSTT entró a la habitación sin tocar la puerta. Veníamos para solo un día y queríamos intimidad, así que les dije amablemente que se marcharan y que lo arreglaran cuando nos fuéramos. En el check-out, misma situación con la misma recepcionista que durante el check-in. Le informé de la situación vivida y lo único que le interesaba era acabar el check-out rápido. Una lastima que haya este tipo de personal en un hotel de 5 estrellas, con poca empatía. No volveré a repetir la experiencia en este hotel.

I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Begrüssungsgetränk muss im Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden kennt man so von einem 5 Sterne Haus auch nicht.

Hôtel très agréable , belle chambre , bon restaurant et petit déjeuner. Accueil agréable , le seul bémol, est la clientèle allemande qui parfois est déjà ivre à 12h et hurle dans les partie communes. Dommage

Tolles Wohlfühlhotel. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Zu meinem Geburtstag hatte ich ein Überraschung auf dem Zimmer, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Lage des Zimmers perfekt. Im Wellnessbereich kann man super im Bad und den Saunen entspannen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer, angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Beste, was ich mir für meinen „runden“ Geburtstag wünsche konnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I had a wonderful stay at Aubamar Suites & Spa. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any request. The restaurant was excellent I especially loved the breakfast selection. A special mention to Lucia at the restaurant, who was fantastic, though truly everyone working there was pleasant and welcoming. The spa was another highlight, and I really appreciated that it’s included. I also visited the rooftop at the sister hotel, which is absolutely gorgeous. The location is great: very close to the airport less than 30 minutes by bus and it only cost me €8 return, with the bus stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Palma Old Town was also easy and quick: less than 30 minutes by bus for €2, with the stop again very close by. A taxi to the Old Town was around €18. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and an ideal location.
