The property is in a great location on a gorgeous beach, just steps away from your front door…. The check-in process was a little annoying after traveling all day and night I get there and there is nobody at the front desk to check in. I had to wait over 30 minutes. Twice I didn’t have any hot water when trying to shower. Not sure if that can be fixed. It could just be a Jamaica thing. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room, but outside of that I was perfectly happy and content with the accommodations.

Love the mini frig and freezer . A coffee pot or maker would have been great. Bed and pillows were firm ❤️. Air Conditioning 🥶 ❤️ Beach was less than 50ft away. Everyone was nice. Would stay again.

It was perfect for my needs. The room was fantastic, the beach and the bar are on the property. Couldn't ask for a better beach location. The staff was great. Smooth check in, no problems. I'll be back!

Had a wonderful stay and San and Blue Seas. Unit had everything I needed as described, just steps from wonderful large beach. Property very clean, staff super kind, felt very safe. Beach bar a perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets.

Property was fresh and clean. Nice space for the price. The kitchen had the basics but could have used some extra cooking utensils. Towels and beach towels provided. Lots of beach chairs and loungers available. AC was quick to cool down your room. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We've already booked our next stay for August!

Staff was friendly, room was clean when I got it. However the lack of regular cleaning service is not ideal. Room only gets cleaned every three days and only if you ask. There's no food on the premise so you'll have to buy outside of the property.

We once again enjoyed our stay with Sand and Blue Seas! Anne Marie is exceptional to deal with...she is so sweet and accommodating and always checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed to guarantee a comfortable stay ... very friendly staff...we look forward to our return next year

This was an excellent place to stay and you can get multiple rooms right next to each other! Very convenient location, super cute place, right on the beach, and felt very safe with lifeguard and security!

Great value. The property has a great beach area. The restaurant food was really good.

Located about 50 yards from the ocean, the beach area has plenty of room. The grounds are maintained daily and look great, beautiful scenery. People working there are friendly and helpful, and the pool is great also. The area is overall quiet, safe, and plenty of food, drink, music within walking distance on the beach or the road. It’s a great place to relax or explore the beach and all it offers. I’ll be back 🇯🇲

Excellent staff and accommodations. Everything was great. Only slight hiccup was looking for the name and not finding the hotel. We happened to ask the right place, where it was, and lucked out that we were at the right place. Thank you for the amazing stay. We shall return and will definitely recommend!

Sand and Blue seas is the best affordable accommodation in Negril. Clean room with all the facilities you need and very friendly staff. The garden, swimmingpool and beachfront makes this the perfect place to stay with children.

Clean room, great staff and the food was great!

We really loved our stay in Negril. The location was amazing, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to everything. Being right next door to Travellers was also very convenient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and hardworking. The restaurant food was really tasty, and my daughter especially loved the fried chicken. Overall, the property felt safe, and everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. There were a few challenges that affected our experience. Communication was not very responsive. We ran out of toilet paper, and it took about 15 hours to receive more. One night, our TV malfunctioned and would not turn off, and there was no option to get help after 4:00 pm. We also did not receive beach towels until the day before we left, which was disappointing given the beachfront location. Despite those issues, we had a great stay overall and would still recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness, and atmosphere.

Klimaanlage war sehr schlecht und hat übel gerochen!! Generell ist die Anlage in einen nicht mehr so gutem Zustand. Strandliegen sind wohl Gratis aber für die Auflage schnappt sich der Herr 10 Dollar pro Tag. Strand war Super und Sauber inkl. Duschen und ein kleiner Pool.

The room was clean and what was expected. We had a adjoining room, however the other room was occupied by a different party and not part of our group. Unfortunately the walls and doors are thin and sound escapes. Sadly they were extremely loud. But we made the best of it, as we weren't there to stay in our room. Overall the staff were friendly, accommodating and hospitable.

First room we had extremely small not big enough for 3 people after 3 now nights in room asked to be changed. Never even had trash bags in room. Stayed at NBC numerous times think should not be used for 3 people way to small. Also would have been nice to have a patio table or one in the room. Didn’t see staff much to say anything about them.

There was no WiFi in our room or on the property for us to use. They knew and they didn’t warn us. We couldn’t use the Internet the whole time we were there. Not good.
