Hotel Bizarre , avec déco chambre entre Auberge de jeunesse et lodge Africain couleur criarde . Je m'attendait a un hotel plus stylé . Petit déjeuner trop cher , je n'ai pas pris .

Très bel endroit au cœur de Bordeaux

The room was advertised as family sized. It was too small for us and our baby, with a big bath tub in the middle of the living area so crib didn’t really fit. We asked for a bigger room at check in. They said none were available. We could only stay one night of 3 because baby couldn’t sleep there. Next day at check out we asked to be reimbursed for at least one of the two remaking nights as a compromise. They said we never raised the concern at check-in - even though we had - and would keep all of our money. Really unclassy. Neighborhood is also very sketchy. Building is ok, but this is not a world class or even high end hotel. And yet they charge as if they are.

Very unique and beautiful decor. Confortable beds and nice amenities in room (Nespresso machine, bath products) Really enjoyed dinner in the courtyard. Very welcoming staff.

The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are nicely styled. That being said, the room was a bit tight and the window overlooking the adjacent street seemingly had zero sound proofing. I had to sleep with earplugs, so if you're a light sleeper try requesting a room that isn't along the street.

Great unique hotel. A little further away from tourist sites but still easily walkable to get to them and the train was easy to take as well with a convenient stop nearby. Pay parking lot was also convenient. Spa was an added bonus and the rooftop and restaurant were fabulous! Definitely recommend!

Location near train station and close to downtown made it ideal for a one night stop over.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were just a tadge too quirky with a toilet that splashes you until you learn you have to put the lid down. No milk or fridge. Front doors to the hotel that kept trapping me. A bit style over substance.

Great hotel, even though not that centric. Nice design and thematic. Staff very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Has a sauna/steam room and jacuzzinin the spa area. Would choose it again

Chambre impeccable, equipe service et emplacement au top! Un vrai coup de coeur

Absolutely loved my room, it was spacious and had a huge tub (my main reason for choosing it) and balcony! I also loved the eclectic interior design scheme. The staff were really lovely and welcoming. Furthermore, I loved how convenient the transport links were, especially as you can get a tram directly to the airport! It only gets 4 stars as the WiFi was only working for 1 out of the 3 days I stayed there and I couldn’t use my Roku, but the winter Olympics were on and I enjoyed watching that. I would stay here again and I would recommend!

Chambre et extérieurs

Fantastic stay! Very close to the train station (8 min walk) but not so close it's noisy. Walking distance to capucin market (5 min walk) and city center (10-15 min walk). The room was already ready when I arrived early so they let me do an early check-in, which was great to freshen up before enjoying the city. The room was spacious, clean, well-decorated, and had all the needed amenities. Hotel staff was super friendly. I will definitely come back.

Hôtel magnifique avec un très jolie extérieur et une chambre bien équipée. Nous avons pu passer un moment très relaxant, le lit était grand et le jacuzzi est chauffé ce qui est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est, cepandant, assez cher (20€) pour le peu de choix même si ce sont des produits de qualité. Je me suis tout de même régalée. Le gros bémol est l'insonorisation de dehors qui est absolument horrible vu que notre chambre donné sur une école, c'est clairement à revoir car le séjour n'était plus si reposant au final. De plus, investir dans de meilleures télés serait un plus pour le prix élevé de la chambre.
