When we arrived the first room had paint peeling a lot. We told the owner we and was given another room with a view of the lake

It's been fine. Friendly staff. Restaurant hours in facility not convenient as we would like. Beautiful facility and clean rooms. Beds comfortable.

We could not shut off the hallway light in our room as that shut off 90 of the electric in the entire room.

The kids really enjoyed the pool, especially since they had it to themselves. We were disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast but had menus out the night before. The biggest issue was the HVAC system in our room. It was “stuck” at 60 degrees and wouldn’t warm up. In the middle of the night I went to the desk and the clerk tried to reset it, but that did not work. I didn’t want move rooms because the rest of the family was bundled up and sleeping and our stuff was all unpacked in the room. It was even more frustrating in the morning when checking out I called the clerk to tell them and it seemed like it was a known issue that hadn’t been fixed. So basically we were given a problematic room when others were available.

A nice, old hotel with plenty of charm, and comfortable.

It was nice the staff i encountered was great. Room was clean. Mattresses could of been better. Wasn't able to get in pool area or see roof top. But view from room was nice. And it would of been great if there was a free breakfast. All in all not a bad stay.

We arrived and staff was not helpful-and not often at the desk to ask for help. We found dirty black womans underwear at 11 am on the lobby sofa-staff had not seen it. On the last morning while packing up the car we found vomit right outside the front door. For that much money, highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Very dirty and lack of care from staff.

Great place to stay, very clean. About 50 min to concert but perfect stay. Would recommend. Staff was friendly, close to downtown, water etc.

Room was noisy I can hear street noise. I can also hear noise inside our room. I don’t know if it’s the pipes or air conditioner but noises kept waking me up throughout the night

The hotel room was beautiful and provides everything you could need, staff helpful and friendly, highly recommend experiencing a night or week just gorgeous views everywhere
