Excellent service, friendly and helpful. The rooms and property were beautiful and maintained to a high standard. The attached restaurant was delicious! Overall a great stay in Lucca!

Acomodacao Junior Suite excelente, banheiro amplo e confortável (mas poderia ter um box maior com uma ducha melhor). Café da manhã um pouco limitado em variedades, mas tudo de excelente qualidade e poderia ter o horário até às 10h (praticado pela maioria) e não até 9h30. Senti muita falta de um serviço de bar durante o dia ou, pelo menos, um café (mesmo q fosse só máquina na acomodacao). Apesar da acomodação ser excelente, o fato da janela dar para as mesas externas do restaurante pode prejudicar hóspedes que dormem cedo e tem sono mais leve. O restaurante Antica Osteria tem bom serviço e é uma opção confortável, embora pudesse ter esquema de debito na conta do hotel para os hóspedes.

Fantastisk lokation i hjertet af Lucca. Vi kom med bil og fik vores egen prvat parkering. Vi havde booket deres Executive Suite og var meget positivt overrasket over suitens indretning og stand.

Nice place Good hotel

This is a nice little hotel in Lucca Lebanon,. The prices are a bit high for what you get. They limit your air conditioning use so on hot days you cannot get the AC to lower under 20 C

As advertised, nice clean and staff was friendly and helpful The restaurant in the hotel wasn’t anything exceptional the best dinning experience that we had was just one piazza away “Nona Clara”. Quaint town to relax in.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room 23 was spacious with a high ceiling and an enormous bathroom. There were large windows but no view due to the location of the room, this didn’t detract too much from the ambience though.

Great, location in the walled city, walk to everything, no car needed, friendly, helpful staff. Adjacent, in-house restaurant (Antica Osteria) was excellent, although there should be a hostess station for entering the restaurant from the hotel. Customers have to enter through the middle of a busy dining room and awkwardly wait for someone to notice them and then find them a table. Otherwise, very glad to have stayed there.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to everything. A nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Muebles, habitación ,baño en perfecto estado de estilo clásico y decoración con buen gusto. "Hotel boutique". Con todas las comodidades modernas. Situación excepcional en pleno centro histórico pero en plaza muy tranquila fuera del bullicio. Personal atento y servicial. Desayuno completo de calidad. Con aparcamiento propio. Hemos comido en el restaurante del hotel con carta Toscana de calidad, buen servicio, ambiente agradable y precio razonable

Amazing weekend in Lucca. First visit and The Tuscanian was an excellent choice; room was clean, nice size and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed and more. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful with things to see and do in Lucca. Would highly recommend.
