Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is located in Jaguar park. It’s close to the Archaeological ruins, and Tulum’s downtown. I recommend to rent a car. Be aware of Guardia Nacional. Every time you drive through the entrance point, they will ask evidence of your hotel. And they can be annoying. They can deny the entrance to your hotel. Also, because it’s a park you are to supposed to pay daily entrance. But in the hotel they are very helpful with this matter. It’s preferable to visit in times when there is no sargazo ( seaweeds). The food in the restaurant is delicious!!! We enjoyed our stay. We are looking forward to visit again , but this time without sargazo.

El hotel y su personal muy bien. De la aplicación Expedia, pésimo. Última vez que realizó reservación por EXPEDIA y la aplicación. Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra. Muy desepcionante.👎 Es lamentable no poderse quejar con quién se realizó la reservación. Primera vez que la utilizo, y me lleve gran decepción. NO RECOMENDABLE.

Everybody was incredibly helpful and nice. Alas, when we found two large cockroaches in the room, that’s when we decided we will not be coming back.

We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused by how the shuttles worked and it took a couple days to figure it out, so a better explanation with a map of the routes might have been helpful. But these are just suggestions. We had a wonderful time!

Right up against beach area with white sand. Good size pool. Property is inside protected reserve, and surrounded by a jungle with a single road for access. Couple of nearby restaurants are accessible walking on the beach, or the road, and have excellent food. With everything else in the area for other activities (Cenote, water parks etc), this offers the best location to stay and unwind and explore.

lovely hotel on one of the best neaches in Tulum. Staff was highly attentive to our needs and sincerely wanted my family to have a memorable experience. The room has the look and feel of a spa. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Small, quaint, and delightful. We'll be back for another week.

L'hôtel est très agréable en bord de plage. Il prête des vélos pour aller visiter les ruines de Tulum dans le parc du Jaguar. Tulum pueblo est un peu loin en vélo, prévoir les taxis ou une voiture. Le personnel est très sympathique ! Le petit déjeuner servis sur la plage est très bon. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !!!

Fräscht och fint hotell vid en fantastisk privat strand. Ingen restaurang för middag på hotellet men nära promenadavstånd till andra restauranger.

it is 20 mins walk away from the Maya Ruins, we didnt chekc that in the first day. And there are free electric busses that take you the ruins in less than 10 minutes

This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped.

Litet och mysigt hotell på stranden. Fräscht rum och bra frukost. Tillräckligt många och bra solbäddar på stranden. Varje morgon krattade de undan sjögräs som hade spolats upp på stranden. Sanden och stranden var otroligt fin! Rekommenderas starkt.

We had a very nice time at El Paraiso Hotel de Tulum. It was located on a beautiful beach – although be aware of the season, lots of seaweed. So I don’t know if it’s just in the summer or what, but there was a lot of it. But once you stepped over the seaweed, the water was really pretty. The service was great-they answered all my questions and were able to recommend a snorkeling and cenote tour. Bring your bug spray and your sunscreen you will need both.

The pool pictured for the property is a private pool and not the main one available. Breakfast was good but the restaurant closes very early in the evening. The staff was very kind.
