Great place, location and staff.

The concierge, parking and accomodations were all great. I would say, expect it to be more like a BNB with concierge though. You will not have someone cleaning the room, emptying trash, and there are no building amenities like a pool, lobby, lounge etc.

We picked this location to have the laundry available, so that and the kitchen set up were awesome! If we had gotten a higher floor room then the corner windows would have been perfect, but not so much on the second floor. It would have been ideal if the sheer drapes had covered the windows. The couch was not the most comfortable. Overall, though, this was a good place for our visit to Montreal.

Great stay! Clean, spacious and convenient hotel in Griffintown. Old Port and downtown are a 20 to 30 minute walk, or one can take the bus - stops are close by. Highly recommended!

Good location with friendly staff. Furniture was stained (kitchen chairs and couch) the condo was clean and the AC worked well. There is a curtain and not a door to the bedroom which made the bedroom very warm.

I stayed here with three of my friends for three nights. It was super spacious and clean. I would definitely book Griffintown Hotel again.

Location is fantastic, love Griffintown, close to Old Port and many great spots to eat. Excellent walk ability. Hotel is very nice and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

We had a great time, really only using the room for rest and then heading out to enjoy the city, but everything was orderly, clean and the perfect space, even with 5 people! Parking underground was convenient and the staff were very friendly when we spoke with them..

Everything was on point. Nobody can beat the price compared to other hotels, and Griffintown is a very nice area filled with young professionals. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll enjoy seeing lots of dogs around since it’s close to a dog park. We used a Tesla, and there were two charging stations available on-site. Parking was CAD 25 per night, which is very reasonable compared to hotels in more expensive areas. You don’t really need a car to get around Montreal. The city can be busy, and you may end up stuck in traffic. It’s much better to explore Downtown, Old Montreal, Mile End, and Mount Royal by subway. Biking is also a popular and convenient way to get around.

Vraiment très beau et très propre, sauf les fenêtres extérieures! Si non il y a juste le fait qu’ont ne nous a pas expliqué quel ascenseur prendre pour arriver au bon appartement, ni expliquer où etait l’endroit pour les besoins de mon petit chien! Et aussi le fait qu’on nous a expliqué que si nous aurions réservé directement sur le site on aurait pas payé pour le chien! Si non je recommande cet endroit très fortement! Point fort; propreté et insonorisation, et services à la clientèle!

The room was clean and staff was nice. The room was the same as the listing. Even though the train was nearby, it wasn’t too loud. Parking was easy but a sign would be helpful to know if it was the correct entrance.

The hotel needs some updating. Furniture is worn and some is broken. Walls have a fair amount of damage that a coat of paint would solve. Both toilet paper holders were broken and falling off the wall.

This hotel provided a very convenient stay for our group of 5. However, felt more like a short term rental property rather than a hotel. It lacks the touches that make a property feel like a hotel. Also written communication was in French only which I find very odd. Staff was bilingual, however.

The apartment was fabulous and had everything and more than what we needed. The view was spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us great suggestions. We were very pleased with everything about our stay there and would happily stay there again.
