Loved this place. Clean and spacious. I personally would come back here again.

The only good thing about the property was the location. The "futons" were a joke and more like glorified mattress toppers. It felt like sleeping on the floor because you basically are. Also, there were some blood stains on some of the bedding, gross, and some other dirtiness on the bedding plus some damage to a door that we took a picture of so they don't try and bill us for that. Additionally, we filled out all of the required information on the number of guests, but when we showed up (which was late at night), there were only enough towels for 2 people to take a shower. We tried calling both the hotel number and the emergency number and never could get through to anyone. The walls must be paper thin with zero insulation because you can hear every bit of noise outside. There was a guidebook that was translated into English well enough to understand. But even following that, we couldn't get access to the Wi-Fi that was supposed to be provided. With no way to get ahold of anyone for any service or even a cancellation, we ended up finding another place, as soon as we could, that we could afford by the grace of God because my family's health and well-being are more important. Hopefully, I get a refund for the days not used, but even the Hotels.com reps aren't able to contact them. I'm afraid of losing a lot of money on this. DO NOT stay here!

恐らく外国の方が長期滞在するためのホテルです。日本人が数日の旅行のために利用するのはお勧めしません。 良かった点 ･洗濯機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などの家電がとてもしっかりしている。 ･値段が安い。 ･ユニバやなんばなど観光地へ15分程度で行ける 悪かった点 ･写真よりも狭い。特にお風呂は70cm×70cmくらいしかなく3角座りしないと浴槽につかれない。 ･ダブルベットがダブルベットの大きさでない。セミダブルあるか？くらい ･ベットのシーツにシミが多い ･ホテル側と連絡がつかない。部屋に入る暗証番号が送られてこないまま当日になったが、メールの返信は遅く電話は繋がらないため、本当に焦った。常に連絡を気にしないといけないため、旅行初日は十分に楽しめなかった。またホテルで台湾の旅行客とトラブルになった。一緒に旅行へ行ったメンバーに中国語を話せる人がいたからいいものの、ホテルと連絡がつかないため、その人がいなかったら大変なことになっていた。 ホテルの予約が遅れてしまい、安価な有人ホテルが見つからなかったのでここを予約しましたが、ハズレと思わざるを得ない感じでした。次からは有人ホテルを予約しようと思います

値段に見合う宿でした！

内装は壁紙など現代的で素敵でした。浴室は小さいですがバスタブがあるのでお湯に入れるので良かったです。 ただ、玄関から階段までの道がごちゃごちゃしていたので、改善されるればという思いを込めて、評価は甘めにつけました。客層はアジア系外国人が多いように感じたので、廊下などクリーンアップされると外観からの美しさが引き立つと思いました。
