Rating & Review Keseluruhan Neya Porto Hotel

Nice view of the river. Also, rooftop bar was nice place to unwind after bring on your feet all day walking up & down hills/stairs. Bar tenders were very good. We had the breakfast package whuch was convenient. It is a buffet with bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt& cereals.

We went here for our honeymoon. We picked the location because of the river views and the onsite spa. When we checked in, the receptionist also promoted the spa services. On our last night at the hotel, we tried to reserve a massage, and we were told the spa staff member was on vacation for the next 10 days. I don't understand why this was promoted as a service if it was unavailable. We asked the staff member if they had any other recommendations, and they responded that any of the spas in the area were good, which was not helpful. They also advertised a bar discount in the elevator, but the bar staff was confused about it, and the front desk said they didn't have that promotion, so I'm not sure why they kept it displayed in the elevator. Most of the hotel was clean, but when we walked through the atrium to the spa/meeting room side, there were hoards of flies all around the entrance, which was unappealing. We loved Porto and plan to return, but we will stay at another hotel.

Great location and view.

We stayed at the Neya Porto for a 4 night break. The hotel is located on the banks of the river and has good bus & tram links into the centre. We had a suite overlooking the Douro which was delightful. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The breakfast was top class with range of options. We spent each evening on the Ultimo rooftop terrace for drinks and views of the city. Memorable.

Muito boa. Mas em um dos dias, estava tendo uma festa privada no rooftop e teríamos que pagar 15€ por pessoa. Além disso, a festa rolou até altas horas (passou da 1 da manhã) e nosso quarto era em frente ao bar, mesmo com tudo fechado o som estava bem alto, o que atrapalhou um pouco o descanso. Fora isso, excelente hotel, com excelente pequeno almoço. Pessoal muito atencioso e simpático e a localização excelente tbm

stayed for a 4 days short break (anniversary). great a base, easy to reach all the sights of Porto by foot of call an Uber. good value for money.

It was perfect as a base for exploring Porto. The views from the room over the river were excellent. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.

Hotel Neya was a fabulous place to stay in Porto, close to everything but far enough away from the city bustle. Facilities and service were excellent. Would happily recommend.

Lovely hotel, great rioms and great view of the river. Not really anything in proximity so felt a bit of a way out of town. Rooftop bar was amazing.

We booked a suite and it was lovely. The suite came with a welcome snack. It was clean, spacious and had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with wide variety of options. It's located somewhat away from the center but it's still within walking distance, plus it had a view of the river :) We loved our stay here!

Absolutely gorgeous place in a great location!

Stay here if you want something away from the main touristy part of the riverfront. It's still walkable to everything, though. Great service from every staff member I encountered. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. A modern, elegant twist on Portuguese specialties. I like that there were several places to sit and relax after a long day of walking. There is a rooftop bar, the main lobby, and also a quiet courtyard. I am a solo traveller and I found this hotel to be very welcoming and comfortable!

The Staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel is centrally situated walkable distance to every landmark.
