Staff were unhelpful, place was dirty, very noisy all night long and an uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend

Abhishek, the Manager gave us a five star service. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in everything. Will definitely recommend to stay in this centrally located hotel. Thanks Abhishek for all your help. It is very much appreciated. It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended.

The room smelt of damp from the bathroom. The light in the toilet did not work, there were loud noises from the street outside and the bed smelled of smoke. There was no duvet on the bed, and with the single glazed windows meant that it got pretty cold I could not recommend this place

If you are looking for a cheap night stay, it’s ok.

This place isn't for everybody, but I love it. It's just enough for me as a solo traveler and I enjoy the neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, the rooms cleaned daily. No problems once you get the lay of the land, but cant recommend for the unadventurous or those with rarefied expectations. The price is right and it works for people that appreciate an experience at a good price.

A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!

Room is clean staff is good boys nearby shops but location is not good not clean too much smokers over there

Clean bed and bathroom but all facilities are very much worn - you better bring house shoes, don't want to walk on the floor without. Ok for a quick stay but not worth more than 35 GBP/night.

'Poor' is generous .. I was mean to myslf on paying more, staying here going to Eng game at Twicks, near Elizbth line stn and on High St. was the choice. I'll never do it again. Don't know how this hotel is listed in Expedia! I don't want to be negative online. It is dreadful in hygiene, quality, dirty, things falling apart and the rest. If owners invest a bit of money here, the return be well worth it.
