Hotel nice and very well located, staff extraordinary, very helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet delicious and with a huge variety for every taste. The only issue is the lack of AC and even with their cooling system, the room gets fresh, not cool and with a considerable noise. I understand that this is not a fault of the hotel but a regulation of the city. But it is a point to consider during the summer

Sehr moderne Rooms in sehr angenehmen Farben, sehr gutes Layout der Rooms, war sehr ruhig, konnte top schlafen, tolle Altstadt Lage. Sauberkeit war auch sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Zurique. Nem sempre os táxis sabem chegar ao pé do hotel, uma vez que está localizado numa zona pedonal, mas ainda assim vale a pena. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis. O pequeno almoço é relativamente simples, mas tem o que é necessário para uma boa hospedagem. Fomos com a nossa bebé e o hotel garantiu que ela tivesse berço, toalha e um ursinho. Não há muitas opções de refeições no hotel/room service, mas há diversas opções de restaurantes na proximidade.

Great hotel! Helpful staff. Open to early check ins if necessary. They stored my luggage and called when the room was ready. I loved the patio.

Staff was fantastic, I loved my room with the view of the courtyard and the bell was so comforting and romantic. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! I had a great omelette and lots of nibbles. Superb location! The only downside might be the corporate feel - almost a sterile cleanliness that felt institutional and not as boutique hotel as I expected.
