Det er ikke et professionelt hotel. Ingen reception og de ansatte er forvirrende og ikke ordentlig trænet i gæstfrihed. Nettet virkede ikke så godt. I det mindste er hotellet tæt på byen og man nemt kan få transport. Værelset er okay men slidt

Reasonable pricing

Avoid this place. I booked online several days before I arrived but the receptionist, and the manager who joined us later, could not find the booking, insisted I didn't have one, and tried to make me pay again. I was finally able to show a receipt from Expedia, but I was right off 36 hours of flights, it was late, and that was an awful start. The rooms are clean enough for $20 a night, but not $60, which is what I paid. Same with the free 'breakfast'. The latch on the door was very stiff, and it took me a long time to get out of my room in the morning. They refused to store my luggage for a few hours when I was departing, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Staffs and place was very quiet.

There was no internet at facility and no standby power source even though the country experience frequent and long power cuts.

This is a good economical place to stay in Central Freetown. For the price they offer good service

The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without shutting it . However breakfast was included in stay and that was good and local food from restaurant was fab .
