Mycket bra läge, väldigt bra service

A wonderful place to stay. The rooms are fantastic so big and spacious so close to everything. Enjoyed my stay will be back again.

Quarto bonito! Mas o cheiro dele estava péssimo. Cheiro de mofo forte.

L'hébergement est bien placé et propre. En revanche la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Par ailleurs l'hôtel se trouve dans la vieille ville (zone a accès limitée) et ils ne s'occupent pas de faire la déclaration au service du contrôle des plaques pour s'éviter l'amende ou pouvoir rentrer dans la zone... Nous n'avons même pas eu de réponse suite à nos demandes. Une fois arrivée vous devez être autonome.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Lecce was good overall — the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. However, there were a few downsides to note. The room was not soundproof, and it was quite noisy at night, especially on our last evening when a large party took place without any prior notice, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, breakfast wasn't available on Sundays or holidays, and although we were provided with vouchers for a nearby café, our experience there was not very welcoming — on both visits, it felt as though we were more of a burden than guests. That said, Lecce itself was beautiful and the convenience of the location made exploring the city very easy.

This was the most unpleasant experience in a long trip in southern Italy. Nobody had informed us that the BbB was in a restricted for the cars area. The landlady was not in place nor responding in the phone and we had to ask help from the neighbors. Once we entered, one of the two rooms was in very bad shape regarding unpleasant mold odor. At the same time, we noticed that there was another room available, in much better conditions. We kindly asked the landlady to use it instead, and her behavior was not professional at all. Furthermore, basic breakfast was offered in a very unconvenient small outdoor yard with the personnel to be very unpolite! Not recommended!

Because the room has stone walls, once the host helped me correct the air con , it was good. I then increased my stay by another two nights!

Aan te raden in hartje Lecce! Mooi gerenoveerde kamer in de typische stijl. Alle basis is aanwezig. Het inchecken ging wat moeizaam in de namiddag maar uiteindelijk kwam alles op zijn pootjes terecht. Ontbijt was sober maar goed. Lawaai van buiten is goed hoorbaar maar viel op zich wel mee. Prijs-kwaliteit is dus zeker op zijn plaats! Grazie!

Room with old charm (but modern) in the middle of old town Lecce, close to everything. Lots of tasty breakfast served at the room. Julia was very helpful with everything, we arrived late but no problem after contact. The bed a bit firm for our tast, but we like it soft...

Struttura davvero bella la consiglio vivamente

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!

Le problème principal de cet hébergement est celui de l’absence de lumière et de ventilation appropriée. Le logement est en rdc, la seule porte-fenêtre donne sur une minuscule courette de 1,50 m2. Quelques cafards sont à déplorer. Dommage car la localisation et le service sont parfaits.

Very tastfully furnished room in a historic house right in the centre of Lecce. Good breakfast provided for in a very friendly atmosphere.

Ottimo e silenziosissimo soggiorno vacanza . La camera un po’ piccola ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve , arredata in stile moderno e confortevole in pieno centro storico Ottima accoglienza da parte di Giulia simpaticissima e premurosa . Ottima colazione

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing
