Great room and staff. Only complaint is the noise level above us. Very little insulation so we could hear everything. Staff dealt with it accordingly. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great

We stayed in a one bedroom suite. I think it was recently renovated , neutral colours, comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub , we used them everyday we were there. We loved being right in the village it is so convenient and great atmosphere. We snowshoed , skated on the trail and did the mountain coaster. Every where we were the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also had underground parking that we heated which was great as we had cold weather while we were there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mosaic!! The combination of such a great location and such a dedicated, friendly staff made our vacation unforgettable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The room had every amenities you'd ever need to make your own meals. I was very happy with the cleanliness of our room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the underground parking with an over abundance of liggage carts tt the easy , friendly check in. The outdoor pool is large and heated year round (i even swam, not just the kids). The hotel is located right in the village, everything is in walking distance. The only caution is that eating out was quite pricey. The room is equiped with mocrowave, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, kugig and kettle, also included basic dishes and cooking utensils. perfect for preping your own food of you stay a few nights. The beds were comfy, room was clean and the firplace was also an added bonus. Ski hills are right there and kids could walk it easily. Absolutely amazing experince! We will be coming back.

Staff were wonderful. Especially the front desk staff. Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working, skating wasn’t available and neither was the roller coaster!
