Lovely and easy to access, no hassle once we stopped following Google directions and followed instructions from The Wolf Inn. Were sad the inn itself was closed the night we were there. Room was small but adequate. furnishings slightly use damaged. No tea spoons and mismatched mugs. Freezing bathroom.

The pub was shut while we were there . Not a problem as we eat the sherry inn across the road . Parking was a nightmare due to paying as card only and couldn’t pay on my card or phone anyone . But hotel was very comfortable had a good night sleep very clean . Would diff stay there again

The rooms are not in The Wolf Inn. They are in a house along the street. It felt like a student house. Our room was at the front over the very busy road. As the windows are not very well fitting it was very noisy. Also could hear TV and noise from adjoining rooms. The Inn wasn't open as we stayed on a Tuesday so all contact was via messages. I would not stay again, overpriced for what it is.

Very impersonal no access info until 3-00pm. Room was clean and adequate. Sadly the pub was closed for our stay (Mon/Tues) so no food or drinks. I think this make the price charged expensive.

Great contactless service, Almost instant response to questions on sms. Parking is difficult.

Great value Only one issue, the bathroom light sensor does not detect you in the shower so every 3min or so the bathroom light goes off which is annoying. The wife was scared when the light kept going off and became pitch black.

Absolutely lovely place, Very modern styling, Comfy bedding, Big shower and all round very nice, Unfortunately though, When it came to the bathroom, We found the toliet seat wasn't even bolted on properly in Room 1, It kepts sliding bout when lifting the seat. Was little annoying, and the only other thing that would make it Absolutely the best is a mini fridge to be able to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, It was absolutely lovely 8.5/10

The location is ideal for oulton broad and the room was very clean. However the room was very small, it was described as a deluxe double room, when really compact would have been more apt. Barely a couple of feet around the bed. The shower was very good but the sink in the bathroom was the sort you'd find in a small downstairs loo, an inch deep and about 4 inches wide, totally impractical.

The bathroom smelt strongly of drains, the mattress was sagging in the middle.

Stay was ok but just ok not great There is a heating controller on the wall by the door that doesn't work I eventually found a control on the radiator to turn up the heating The window was locked in an open position and therefore unable to lock out the noise from the road

Only issue we had is that the bathroom would automatically lock when shut and the thermostat wouldn’t change despite us trying to change the temperature

Stayed at the Wolf inn over a dozen times and every time has been 10/10 never had any problems and love the simple online check in..always a pleasure staying here!

Excellent accommodation, slick check in, very comfortable rooms. Superlative accommodation in Lowerstoft. Staying for business… the room at the Wolf Inn are superb value. We work in the area and will definitely by trying to book again.

Lovely apartment I was upgraded to. Decoration and furnishings especially nice. On slight downside was the traffic noise in the living room from Bridge Road
