El desayuno es típico japonés jajaja y es una increíble experiencia, además el baño termal es una maravilla, es amplio y por lo menos en el de hombre hay pocos lo que hace la experiencia aún más íntima, de verdad me encantó todo :)

久しぶりにビュッフェでない朝食を頂きました。内容は良かったです。どこも人手不足で不慣れなスタッフが少し気になりましたが…

部屋もお風呂も清潔で快適でした。

清潔な客室で静かに心地よく過ごさせていただきました。1点だけ気になったことがあり、一階からですと、宿泊者以外の方がエレベーターを使用して宿泊階へ上がれるようで心配でした。

Very nice large room, only amenity missing is laundry but one is 3 minute walk.

アクセスの説明が十分ではなかったように思う。

The staff were courteous and the room was nice, but in addition to how limited the breakfast was, when three guests wanted to join us for breakfast, of course expecting to pay, we were told that was not possible. So we weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast included in the price of the room and had to go somewhere else so we could all eat which was quite disappointing.

Location was quiet and suited my needs, close to transport links and also walking distance to many areas.

大浴場が広くてのんびりできた

女性30代、一人旅、部屋にお手洗いが欲しくて今回広めの部屋を予約して、部屋内ベットが2つあります。 ・交通　今出川駅から歩き16分,ほぼ直線;京都駅からバスがあって約20〜30分、降りたら歩き3分ホテル ・ホテル周辺コンビニ一つあって、それ以外のご飯屋さんが少ない ・受付の方が丁寧で、説明もわかりやすい、高感度高い ・部屋が綺麗、部屋によってトイレつかない部屋もあるらしいけど今回はトイレ付きにした ・部屋内風呂がなく、代わりに大浴場ある;利用時間が夜23時までなので帰りが遅かったためこれだけ不便でした ・ただ大浴場の施設が素晴らしい！化粧水メイク落としなども完璧で色々楽しませてもらいました。 ・利用時全体的に部屋が静かだった これだけは本当に困った点 ・自分は外国出身なので部屋着が浴衣しかなくて、慣れない着付けに苦戦した

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、 良い気分で過ごせました。 また是非利用させて頂きたいです。

立地的に外国人や観光客が多いエリアではないので静かに過ごせました。 近くにバス停、ホテルの下にLUUPがあるので便利です。 信号1つ渡ればファミマがあるので困った時も安心です。 チェックインの際2泊だったので清掃の有無を選択できました。してもよろしいでしょうか？と聞かれたのでお願いした所とても綺麗になっていて助かりました。 また利用させていただきます。

お部屋が広く清潔で、大浴場は夜も朝も利用でき、しかも宿泊費が低価格に抑えられているので、コスパが良い。

It was a decent place with friendly staff. Close to the National Garden and easy transit.

年数の経っているホテルでしたが清潔でした。ただ照明が暗いのが気になりました 周辺にチェーン店の飲食店がなく、交通機関を乗り継いで食事に行きました

Didn’t like anything about it ; especially our guest services experience. Would not recommend.

Very friendly staff and occomodating

Une chambre type japonaise. Un bain public commun. Une arrivée pas très agréable car on nous demande si on veut que la chambre soit ou non nettoyée pendant nos 3 jours de séjour... Choix d'une chambre fumeur, mais le couloir des parties communes empestait beaucoup trop la cigarette, pas d'aération. Les moquettes de ce dernier étaient tachés... Dans la chambre, la salle principale était agréable avec ses assises japonaises. Mais l'état des futons était limite: déchirés à certains endroits et aussi très fins. J'ai voulu aller demander un rab de serviettes à main et on m'a demandé de les payer, c'est un peu fort tout de même pour un service d'hôtel... Je ne suis pas très heureuse de mon séjour à cet hôtel, mes quelques échanges avec le personnel n'a pas été très agréable à part avec la femme de l'accueil. Je ne choisirai pas d'y revenir. Dommage

The traditional room was great! Honestly loved it. Gave me that nice Japanese vibe I wanted and bathing in the bath house was a plus cause each time I went it’s like I had the whole place to myself. Really added onto the whole Japanese lifestyle. Great place in my opinion
