Amazing beach (and semi private with security👌). The public areas - lobby, bar etc have been renovated, they have obviously rebranded. Room wise - only ocean views are renovated since 2023. I hear the Garden View Rooms will also be renovated (i stayed in this category - it serves the purpose & we had partial ocean views. Only complaint is that the room does look very tired & the beds, pillows weren't the most comfortable). The food, staff, beach, facilities makes it worthwhile👌

If you are white, you will have a blast and good service. If you are black, brace yourself for poor service and unequal treatment from the staff. Prepare to wait for longer compared to the white counterperts to be served. Day one, i arrived and my room wasnt ready. I was asked to wait for 45 mins for it to be ready. 2 hrs later, it wasnt ready. My room was filthy and hadnt been cleaned properly and only had a bedsheet on my bed and I had to cover myself with only a bedsheet until the following day. The shower was broken and i had to request for it to be fixed and the room to be cleaned. I had to also request for enough towels in the room. I experienced lack of inclusion and inequality at the pizzeria where I waited for a pizza for over 45 mins while every other person who was white even the ones who came before me were served and even left while I hadnt been served not even a drink. I expressed my frustration and I told the waitress I see unequal treatment and she told me they were getting the chicken. The pizza had "soup" and was soggy. On Tuesday night, I got a stomach bug woth diarrhea and in the morning i reported to the reception and I was asked to fill a form and that the nurse will be coming. I filled the form and i also noticed some other white people and another family had reported the same. Guess what! The nurse came and attended the white guy and us, the black people, were left behind. No one called to check up on me. I have alot of inequality examples

The property was going through renovation during my visits with hoarding and building works. A number of paths and walkways were closed including the main bar/lobby area. I’m sure it’s will be great once completed. The beach boys outside the property are aggressive and persistent, which is a shame as I avoided going onto the beach/sea several times. We had a renovated sea view room which was very nice. The gardens are well kept and maintained.

Golf course is far below average. Resort is rundown.

Excellent and friendly staff. Clean room, modern in the block we stayed in. Large 4 pools, 3 restaurants. Nice beach area .

The hotel and grounds are stunning, with beautiful gardens and breathtaking ocean views that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurants was delicious, though after a few days, I felt more variety in cuisine would be nice, especially for longer stays. The staff, particularly Rael and Caroline in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really enhanced our experience. We stayed in the Bustani Garden Suites, which were spacious, luxurious, and offered lovely views. However, housekeeping could have been more thorough as it often felt like only the bare minimum was done. The hotel is undergoing renovations, with the spa temporarily moved to old bedrooms. The massage itself was great, but the temporary space felt dark and uninviting, lacking the relaxing spa atmosphere. We also had an issue with our room booking, where despite prior confirmation, we were later asked to pay for an additional person. Despite these small issues, the stay was enjoyable. The location, food, and staff were excellent, and I would recommend Diamonds Leisure Beach for a relaxing getaway in Mombasa. Just be sure to confirm booking details before arrival.

Absolutely amazing hotel , 3 large swim pools, massive very green territory , comfortable rooms, very clean and safe. I enjoyed my stay there ! Highly recommend!

Die Zimmer sind schön, nur wasserdruck könnte etwas stärker sein. Man hat Süßwasser zum Duschen. Die Anklage ist sehr schön umd gepflegt. Personal freundlich. Beim Essen eine große Auswahl. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

As a single female on crutches they were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet what phenomenal and delicious. The facilities are great and the sea view is worth the extra costs.

Def wouldn’t recommend.The receptionist are not welcoming I was kept waiting for 4hrs yet I paid for my room through Expedi to make it even worser they conversed in “Swahili” talking about let’s send them away and even giggled about it. Mind you I just arrived and had jet lag. Their customer service is poor. I emphasis extremely poor! Loved the environment tho. Totally not worth the frustration

A nice hotel with great views and the surrounds are kept spotless, the pools are clean and well looked after, with plenty of beds and towels

Secure location with amazing sandy beaches and excellent staff

Lovely resort and well managed. The team at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff were responsive and happy. The waiters/waitresses during meals need some training on place settings and table etiquette. The chefs made wonderful, fresh meals daily and attentive. The all inclusive package is a must have cocktails are included which was a nice touch.
