Ladies at front desk are not friendly or helpful in anyway. The manager on duty was a joy very pleasant person and very helpful.

Everything was pleasant and relaxing. It was a great experience.

He n Renee at the front desk was the BEST went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable.

Great area sufficient of parking

Very nice hotel; area has lots of shopping and eating in area; close to baseball park and highway easy access

Great place convenient to all our destinations we wanted to visit.

The staff was very congenial. It was the perfect place to stay when going to a Brewer game!

We did NOT stay overnight b/c we were suffering from heat exhaustion @ the wedding. Therefore we came back, took a brief nap & left @ 8:30pm. The front desk stated that they could NOT provide us w/o any kind of discount b/c we book thru a 3rd party. 😥

Rooms were clean the cleaning ladies were all very nice. The ladies that prep breakfast were super friendly and were on top of making sure food was always available during breakfast.

Check in was a nightmare. I traveled with family from over 1700 miles, fun trip cross country with kids. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a frantic, cigarette chain smoker name Wendy, who informed me that the internet was down and more than likely I would have to find a different hotel to stay the night as she couldn’t get us checked in. We decided to get an early dinner and left the premises and see if the internet came back on while we were gone. Upon returning to the hotel Wendy was engaged in a yelling match with an older gentleman telling him to go find another place to stay!!! Wendy lend him no help and told him repeatedly to go to another hotel. My turn was up and Wendy pretty much told me what she had told the gentleman before me. Wendy raised her tone of voice towards me in frustration which did not help solve the problem. I then gave her a couple of suggestions to get us checked in, look at the reservation on the phone, take a copy of my ID and Credit Card information and still wasn’t enough. After going back and forth the manager came out and agreed to check us in, he took my reservation number and gave us a room. After almost two hours of dealing with Wendy we made into our room and got the needed rest. Frankly the worst hotel experience check in. If I may give them a suggestion is to spend some time training your front desk staff to use common sense and customer service skills. They represent your brand!!!!

The front desk was very friendly & provided me water upon arrival. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast had several choices & had plenty of food available. The parking lot was large & overall it was a great place to stay.

Renee at reception was very helpful & professional. Housekeeping was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety & was plentiful.

Clean, quiet. On site breakfast and snacks available.

The room and hotel were good. The breakfast was very good and the staff did a good job of restocking it. The hotel is located close enough to the downtown to be convenient and just far enough out to avoid the city traffic and noise. There are a lot of nearby restaurants.

Hotel was updated, nice, clean, comfortable. Lots of noise from hall at night on ground floor room. Checkin was delayed, so we couldnt get in til 430pm which was an issue. Breakfast buffet was standard. Food seemed warm or not cooked, hashbrowns, sausages, eggs. Most everything was out, even milk, so had to ask staff to replenish.

We were in Brookfield WI for our son's college graduation from the University of Wisconsin White Water 5/16-5/18/25. The bed was very comfortable, the food was great and Wendy was very pleasant! The room had all the amenities, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

The stay was great with the exception of one thing. Our air conditioner didn't get cold until it was cold outside. Maintenance tried to fix the problem by changing the thermostat's batteries, but didn't. Luckily, the cool weather solved the problem.

It was a great stay; clean, comfortable; breakfast was great. The only issue related to the elevator. Only one was working and it was very slow; there was long wait at times and the hotel wasn't really busy.

Everything was fine until the 2nd night. The people in the room next to us had the television on so loud we could not sleep. At midnight I called the front desk and the manager told the people to turn it down. Less than ten minutes later I called again because the television noise was too loud again. The manager went back to their room again and told the people to turn the television off. I called the front desk again because the noise started up almost immediately. The manager said he told the people to turn the TV off. He went to the room, we heard a very loud banging on the door next to us and the noise finally stopped for the night. I only wish that after being warned twice by the night manager to turn down the television noise he would have told them on the third time to leave the hotel. It was after 1am before we got to sleep and we had to be up early. When we woke up none of the lights in the room worked.
