Amazing place. So cozy and beautiful!!!

Older property. Kind of out of the way.

The magnificent and spectacular view of the harbor, bay, and bridge made up for any deficiencies with the property. Check in was smooth but staff was short and not overtly friendly. Room was clean. While there is a small combined washer/dryer unit, it cannot realistically be utilized as it takes ~6 hours to complete the process, is extremely loud, and is right at the entrance to the bathroom from the main bedroom, making it impossible to sleep with the machine on. However the view made up for this inconvenience

Arrived from Canada and had booked a 1 Bedroom Seaview Suite at Ocean Breeze. They stuck us in the basement of the hotel with only a view of an 8 foot hedge and the sky. It was awful. Not what we expected after booking a sea view suite, thinking we’d see the Bay Area with sailboats on the water, as seen in photos from the hotel. Unsure if this was a result of us booking our room through Hotels.com….

Location and price were good

Beautiful location, pretty outlook. Close to Devonport and all the options there. Our apartment was quite dark and an unusual lay out but still a nice place to stay 😊

This is a great, quiet location. 5 minute walk to Bayswater ferry to Auckland CBD. Our 1 bedroom was very spacious and had all the necessities including a washing machine so would be perfect for a long stay or overnight like we did.

Always clean and tidy. We enjoy having the bedroom separate from the living area, and how spacious the rooms are

Lovely view of the city and harbor

We had a great stay at Ocean Breeze Hotel for three nights. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location is ideal for us, offering beautiful views of the CBD and Harbour Bridge. Public transport options, including buses and ferries, are easily accessible for getting to the city or exploring the North Shore, and there are plenty of parking spaces available! The property could benefit from some maintenance, especially the exterior. The curtain in our living room couldn’t fully close, which was a bit annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was quite spacious, and the area was peaceful and quiet. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

Nice clean large and well appointed room Balcony with harbour view was nice bonus A water leak beneath the bathroom floor tiles does need attending to however We woild definately recommend and stay again

The view from the room/balcony were fantastic and the in room facilities were excellent for an extended stay. Although there are no dining out options within walking distance it is only 5 minutes walk to the Bayswater ferry terminal with regular 10 minute ferry trips to the CBD where lots of drinking and dining options.

Nice and quiet choice. Kitchen and laundry are ok. 10min drive to New world supermarket.

The room was so specious for two of us and very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation as if we live in the local. The north area is a bit far from the airport and there are few buses to the CBD, but this is not a big problem if you use Uber, rent a car, or take a ferry.
