The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it. It burned my eyes. I couldn’t stay in it very long. Other than that I prefer Sandman Signature stays.

The hot tub was not warm enough and the gym was too small and didn’t have enough equipment. Other than this everything else was exceptional.

Clean room great location

Great room with good facilities. Got a voucher for $17 to use at Denny’s or Chop Quiet surroundings. Great tv channels selections

Room was very clean, plenty of parking except during lunch and supper (two restaurants in the same building). However, its very convenient. We tried both restaurants during out stay. Chop is by far the better of them two, a bit pricey but worth every penny

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and updated

Check in was quick. The restaraunt tho. Not chop. Snittys? Maybe. 🤔. Breakfast was atrocious. Server was horrible. Food was cold. No coffee refill. Wrong hashbrowns. Brought them out later. Rest was cold. It was horrible.

Good restaurants on site

Hallways dirty and trash bags left right in front of the elevators, very stinky! Room needed a deep clean. Dirt in corners, walls needed washed. Layout of room was very nice. Access to restaurants very convenient.

We arrived at the facility and checked in and were staying in a king room with euro shower. When we arrived at the room, we noticed our toilet didn’t work. So called to front desk and they said they had no maintenance staff on site, so switched us to kit suite instead. We got to the new room and saw hair in the shower all over the walls, dirt, food crumbs, and bugs in the cupboards. The blinds had a red running stains all the way down them. But no other room available, so we were stuck there. Bed was clean least. We decided to go down to the pool, and as soon as we walked in, our eyes burnt from the chlorine, and the hot tub was over chlorinate and couldn’t sit in it for longer that 10 min. There was a gross film in the water and it looked like a bubble bath! The pool had a gross smell and the water was yellow/green ish colour to it! Through the night, the hotel got dirtier and dirtier! Garbage bags were left everywhere at the elevator entrances, chips, popcorn, cans, bottles ( pop and beer) scattered all over the lobby and various floors! 6th floor had faecal matter as soon as you stepped out! All in all, the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at for a fairly new, high end hotel! For 400 a night, I suggest to everyone to never stay there! Side note: Chop steakhouse was amazing and service was awesome!

Nice hotel. Two restaurants attached for choice. Crazy drivers in the parking lot, but I think that is just Saskatoon in genera.

We were given a room that wasn't made up which isn't a big deal, it happens. The front desk upgraded our room to a suite for the inconvenience which was nice. Suites with a full kitchen must be a pain to clean and this one wasn't perfect, there was something that looked nasty on one of the cupboard doors. I wiped it, no big deal. The bedding was clean but looked like an old mascara smear on one sheet, again not a huge issue. the shower door seal leaked and looks like it may have caused some water damage to the baseboards. I mentioned this to the front desk. A few minor issues withe room but all in all happy with our stay, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food in the two attached restaurants, "Chop Steakhouse" and "Denny's" was top shelf and again, excellent staff.
