Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til afstand til den gamle by. Moderne indretning af værelse. Der var hvad der skulle være i buffeten. Serviceminded personale.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück!

The hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable. However the roadworks outside hasn't any pedestrian access, and there are holes to step into, within the slushy snow. Breakfast was lovely, but not perfect like with a similar hotel i recently stayed at in Gdańsk.

Another typical , middle range hotel without suprises. Very friendly staff. Good, above-average breakfast. Otherwise nothing exceptional. Clean room with nice, spacious bathroom and narrow window. Lobby and restaurant too squeezed and sometimes crowded - not cozy. Overpriced!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, trotz Straßenbauarbeiten. Fenster sind dicht, Klimaanlage läuft:)! Beim Frühstücksbüffet wird man satt & es ist alles nach Belieben verfügbar!

Hampton er et helt nyt hotel med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Det ligger rimeligt centralt i byen lige ved Planetariet. Lidt afstand til den gamle bydel. Fin parkeringskælder med elevator direkte til værelse. Flot morgenbuffet. Restauranten ok, men lidt kedeligt indrettet i receptionsområdet.

All aspects of the hotel was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent place to stay! The only thing which could be better, giant dogs accepted as their policy says dogs up to 35kg only:( Please consider as I would love to come back with my Great Danes!

Well set uphotel. Very new so everything isstill gleaming. Breakfast which is included, is a fairly standard help yourself ' you can therefore get healthy stay healthy orreay pig out. Its up to you. The gym is quite adequate. Its abouta 15 minute walk to the oldcity an the sametoa grreataquatic facility. As at june 2022 there are extensive works being undertaken in the area in the eztensions of a lifght railsystem. There is also a small supermarket eithin 30 m of tbe front door of the hotel. Plenty of english sn getman ksnguage news services on the large bedroom TVs. The front counter staff are all great and very helpful (Manager, please note!)

Excellent, recommend!

Overall the hotel is fine and in good location, but there are some notifications. Previous stay in the suite was fine, but things have got worse in few months. 1. Cleaner lady came early in the morning to knock the door, we asked to come after few minutes. Never came. Not nice to come back in the evening to find towels on the floor and smelly garbage bin. Receptionist guy didn’t pick up the phone, so had to go to find him and ask the waiter where he is. Finally he was found. His answer “the cleaner will come tomorrow”. Oh really? We will check out then.2. Breakfast area is way too small and crowded, had to eat in the lobby with no proper seats or table. Cutlery was dirty and at 9 am food already looked like it was ready for pigs (breakfast lasts till 11am). Better have breakfast right away when it starts. 3. Coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and we had no time to wait if someone will ever come to fix it. 4. Parking paid by cash at arrival: The receptionist / young guy took cash and put it somewhere, but didn’t mark anything down about payment. I had to specifically ask for the receipt that we have paid it. 5. Due to some tram construction works, you have to know from which direction to arrive to the hotel by the car. Their guide for that was outdated or unclear. Luckily I know the city, so not a problem for us.
