Poor quality/condition of property. Insufficient services, ie no laundry. Poor service at the rooftop restaurant.

Room temperature was very cold, the young lady at front desk receptionist in the morning on 2/13 was very unprofessional she needs customer service.

Poor quality and condition of the finishes. Only two elevators and only 1 works. Across the whole property the finishes are poor quality, incomplete or falling apart.

Comenzando que tienen grandes precios por sus habitaciones. El personal que me atendió por teléfono y el del "Front Desk" fue muy atento. El Horel es de lujo. Bien alegre. Cumplió y a superó mis expectativas. Bien completo en sus amenidades. Muchas áreas para divertirse y estar en pareja. Las habitaciones sumamente cómodas al igual que sus camas y baños. Bien céntrico para visitar otros pueblos. Amé este hotel. Los felicito, grandemente. Es el mejor hotel que me he hospedado en los últimos años incluyendo Europa y Estados Unidos.
