ベッドが３つ、ソファーベッドが１つの部屋に４名で泊まりました。部屋が広く、ソファーベッドの寝心地も良かったです。

Nice service

Hotel is excellent with helpful staffs, clean and comfortable beds. It will be much better if the room can provide larger coffee table and one more chair.

seem like renovating the outdoor shops on 2nd floor into hotel room, so the windows are facing the walkway. Only a few rooms. Close to famous shopping area. Spacious.

床暖房が効いていないかも

Wonderful, European styled accommodations and hotel. Clean, tastefully designed and decorated. Love the unique layout of an all-inclusive town. only wish more things were open, but I’m guessing that’s due to the low tourist season. Will be back to this hotel when we explore during a more open season the entrance is tricky. It’s on the side street with parking across.

地點方便就在舊輕井駅，房間清潔新淨，惟一不足是房間樓頂高，照明系統需加強方能讓房間明亮起來。

The room design is awesome and we would like to stay again. The location is also good, we could walk shopping street and sightseeing sites.

工作人員有禮而且笑容滿面，房間亦十分寬敞，附近有商店街，唯獨大部分店舖結束營業時間較早，交通不太方便，建議自駕遊或乘搭Taxi

周りも程よく行く場所がありよかった。 2段ベットのお部屋に宿泊。 ベットの手前に段差があって子供が何度も転びかけるので気をつけてください。

ファミリー向けには最適でした。ショッピングモール2階をコテージのように再利用、適度にプライバシーがあり床暖房で快適、また利用したいです。唯一不満があるとすればバスタブが一部の部屋にはあるとのことですが全部屋に展開していただけると嬉しいです

旧軽井沢銀座のすぐ横にありながら、非常に静かでプライベート感のある宿です。 部屋がキレイで立地の良さや、スタッフの親切な対応や、アメニティも豊富でした。 敷地内のレストランやカフェもありますが、近辺に美味しい所色々あったので、機会あったらまた利用したいと思います。
