The room was very nice. Temperature was good as well as size and layout. We stayed in room 9. It was lower on the caldera and closer to the vegetation. There were many many cats and it seems they use that vegetation as a litter pan. Sitting on the small patio was difficult as the smell of cat excrement was very strong. The view is also slightly obstructed by the vegetation. There are other units that are a bit higher up which make most likely would not incur this smell issue. Overall, we were pleased with the property.

ハネムーンでサントリーニ島を訪れた際に宿泊しましたが、今回の旅行の中でも特に印象に残る、本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 予約した時点から滞在が終わるまで、不安や心配を感じることが一度もありませんでした。スタッフの皆さんの気配りが本当に素晴らしく、「気になっているアクティビティがあれば何でも相談してください」と声をかけてくださるなど、常に私たちの滞在をより良いものにしようとしてくださっているのが伝わってきました。 到着時には集合場所まで迎えに来てくださり、とても重いキャリーケースを軽々と運んでホテルまで案内していただきました。長旅で疲れていたこともあり、その親切さに感動しました。 フロントの女性スタッフも終始笑顔で迎えてくださり、日本人の私たちにも分かりやすいよう、ゆっくり丁寧な英語で説明や質問対応をしてくださいました。おかげで言葉の不安もなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 私たちが宿泊した客室は想像以上に広く、これまで泊まったホテルの中でも特別な空間でした。こんなに素敵で広いお部屋に宿泊できたことは、一生の思い出です。さらに客室にはミストサウナもあり、贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋から見える景色はまさに絶景で、初めて目にした瞬間は言葉を失うほど感動しました。朝も夕方も美しく、何度見ても飽きることがありませんでした。 朝食も絶品でした。豊富なメニューの中から好きなものを選ぶことができ、どれもとても美味しかったです。 そして滞在中には4匹ほどの猫ちゃんたちが遊びに来てくれて、とても癒されました。猫好きの私たちにとっては嬉しいサプライズでした。 部屋、景色、サービス、食事、そしてスタッフの皆さんのおもてなし。そのすべてが期待以上で、サントリーニ島でのハネムーンを最高の思い出にしてくれました。 サントリーニ島のホテル選びで迷っている方には、自信を持っておすすめできます。「ここを選んでおけば間違いない」と思えるホテルです。 私たちに一生の思い出を与えてくださったこと、そして親切にしてくださったスタッフの皆さまに心から感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました。

Amazing location - picture postcard.

Very different! Don't be surprised when the taxi drops you off in a random place where you don't see the hotel and these two guys come and get your luggage and take off these meandering streets while you follow them wondering what's happening. That's Oia! Meandering streets up and down so you have to be in good shape or take small breaks here and there. The "cave" rooms are on the cliff but once you get there is breathtaking! Fey will take care of your needs. Take advantage of the free breakfast that they can bring to your room (sorry, no restaurant on site) and be ready to enjoy it in the little patio while enjoying the magnificent view. You can order anything from the extensive menu and everything it's absolutely delicious! We had eggs, two little sausages, fruit with yogurt, a basket of breads, two Greek pastries, plus orange juice and coffee every day and it was lovely. The decor is simple and charming and we slept like babies on the comfortable king size mattress and soft, fluffy pillows. The bathroom was equipped with the essential toiletries. I especially loved the smell of the soap and body lotion (didn't try the shampoo/conditioner as I brought my own,) There is a little hot tub outside the room but we didn't get too use it. You will love Oia (pronounced EE-ah) and its meandering streets with awesome sea views and your stay at Armenaki.

Great location and staff was amazing and helpful.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Armenaki. The room was impeccable, spacious and even nicer than what we expected. That rarely happens! Our view was perfect and the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious. The staff was incredible- always helpful with recommendations and any requests. One note is there are many stairs required to get down to the hotel and then back up to the town. As long as you know that, you will love Armenaki. Staff actually helps to bring your luggage up and down to your room upon arrival and departure. If we are able to return to Oia, we would absolutely stay at the Armenaki!

Gorgeous room with the most beautiful views. The staff made the check in seamless and our departure as well: with help carrying luggage to and from room and getting to our pickup. The breakfast was incredible too. The plunge pool was sooo nice. I highly recommend this hotel for the classic Santorini experience and out standing service.
