The room is just as pictured. Clean, comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again

I love the spacious set up of these rooms and the breakfast is good. Only dislike is the beds are very hard in the last two rooms/stays I’ve had.

The place smelled immaculately clean as soon as you walk in. It is also bright. It’s welcoming and inviting. The entire staff was amazing. Their breakfast was extraordinary. The room was truly enjoyable, relaxing, welcoming, and just perfect.

Stay was satisfactory.

What I didn’t like was that Yall where rushing me to check out both times I had issues trying to extend my stay and the front desk lady was rude other then that everything else was fine

I have stayed at other Home2Suites in the past, but this one wasn’t as good. The size of the room was smaller, the breakfast buffet was under stocked everyday and the meat was undercooked. There was only one person refilling the breakfast buffet, and she was very slow with refilling. When she would refill, it would only be a small portion which still wasn’t enough for the amount of people. There were only plastic utensils which made it difficult to cut up waffles with. This location only gives you one remote control per room, even if you have a suite with two televisions. The room doesn’t have a fresh smell like it’s been cleaned from the previous guest. I asked for a late checkout and was only offered 1 additional hour despite it being a weekday and the hotel not being fully booked. 2 hours would have been nice since the check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11:00am, not even a full 24 hours. I can see 1 hour, if it’s a weekend and they are fully booked. This made it a huge inconvenience since we were in town for an event and would not be back to check out in time. Therefore, we had to check out at 7:30am. The good things about the hotel is that the check in and check out process was quick and easy, the pool was clean, and the weight room was nice.

Our first floor room had a horrible pet/smoker/mold smell.

Nice large rooms. Breakfast is ok but not the best. Everything worked. No covered parking to protect from the summer sun.

Kori is awesome. A storm was approaching the Odessa area & Kori took the time to reach out to us to ensure our safety. She then met us at the door when we checked in. I'm traveling with my sister who is seeing a DR. in the area. Kori just makes it all better.

Staff were amazing, specially the front desk lady. Breakfast options are pretty decent a few good options. Clean rooms.

Everything was very clean. The staff did a wonderful job of keeping everything spotless throughout the entire hotel. The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, but it was OK.
