O quarto estava muito confortável e o Staff muito gentil e atencioso

Tudo estava perfeito

El desayuno se terminó mucho antes de tiempo y simplemente dijeron que ya no había, y no resurtirían. Terminamos solo tomando café, queso y una manzana. Muy pobre el desayuno.

The service in this hotel it’s outstanding. From the front desk to the house keeping, they work really hard to assist you with any questions that you may have. Keep in mind that this is an ibis budget and the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Finally you are in Lavapies a vibrant and noisy neighborhood, but we did not mind it.

Ideal para personas que viajan y requieren un lugar solo para dormir. Si se usa el metro todo está muy cerca. El personal es lo mejor del hotel.

Muy cómoda muy limpia y muy buen trato del personal.

Reminded me of hostels from my student times.

Basic accommodation like other Ibis Budget hotels, check in clerk gave me complimentary upgrade to slightly larger room with window. Vending machines for coffee, juice etc. Breakfast was extra so I did not have it but looked good. Excellent location next to Lavapiés metro station, restaurant /bar, and 24 hour supermarket.

Clean and tidy

Très bien situé (20 minutes de marche des grandes places, métro à 50mètres) , personnels très sympathique. L’hotel se situe à proximité d’une place où il y a beaucoup de deal de drogue, beaucoup de personne bizarre. Assez bruyant si vous laissez la fenetre ouverte. La taille des lits 1 place…

The room was very clean and the staff made up the room daily. They were very helpful in getting me an early checkin specially after a 12 hour flight. Metro is very close by and some noise is perceived but nothing serious. In the surrounding area (streets, etc) does not always have the best smell or clean. But area is safe and close to most tourist spots in Madrid

Odalar küçük bunu bilerek kalın. Bunun dışında temiz bir oteldi ve çoğu yere yarım saat yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yanında büyük bir Carrefour market var. Ayrıca birçok bar vardı etrafta. Tren istasyonundan bu otele taksi ile 13 Euro’ya geldik.

Comfortable stay. Close to everything we needed.

Clean in a mixed neighborhood close to many shopping facilities and train station. Great staff especially the boys in the afternoon. Only knock on the hotel was the unconventional washroom facilities and lack of fridge in room
