When we arrived at the hotel at 3PM checkin time, our room was not ready. We decided to go to dinner and leave the staff time to clean. When we returned at 4:30 a room was still unavailable and we waited an additional 30 minutes for a room to be available. When we got to the room, there were crumbs and food spills on the aide tables and food on the floor. We told the front desk and showed them photos, assumed it would be remedied while we were out. Upon returning to the room later that evening, no further cleaning had been done. We again showed the front desk in the morning photos of the room and told them of our disappointment. We were offered additional points if we were Hilton members.
