Great hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. Riom was huge. Right down town. Good bar and food. The continental breakfast was like $12, kind if thought that should be included with your stay but oh well.

Clean, modern, walk to several bars and restaurants.

Hotel was great, staff was super nice, area around the hotel seemed pretty run down. In it's defense I didnt have a lot of time to explorer so could have been better than my initial impressions.

Room is great, but bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby was interesting. Never seen an open bar as part of the lobby. I would prefer a more private bar that is not open to everyone walking in and out. Parking was not as convenient as it could be. When we arrived we parked on the side of the street with a door that let to the lobby but it required a key to get in. We parked in the parking garage and paid an extra fee of $20 to be able to go in and with our card key but when I tried to get out the card didn’t work and there was no one to help until I called the hotel and the manager came out to pay the fee with his credit card so I could leave. Other than that it was nice being back in Kalamazoo.

Everything was okay

We had a great time. When we opened the door to our room, we noticed the odd set of stairs. During the night, I got up and fell down them. Busted my knee and ankle and hands. Im not sure the purpose of those stairs.

The only complaint I had was a light outside my room flashing on and off. Was annoying but overall was very comfortable

Staff was amazing! Overpriced for what you get. Paying for parking was a joke, had trouble getting in and out and the had free parking on the weekend on the street. Pay extra for a breakfast which is comparable most hotels that offer free breakfasts. Pool was very small and shared by 2 hotels.

Nice stay

Beds were very noisy. Everytime you moved they made very loud squeaking noise. Tossed and turned slot due to not being comfortable. Room 506

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable, easy (but pricy) parking, walking distance to restaurants, bars and a small mall, solid service (bartenders are fantastic). Front desk staff is hit or miss - some were great, a few were unfriendly bordering on surly.
