Rating & Review Keseluruhan Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

Lovely hotel, clean with great facilities. Staff were oolite friendly and attentive. Lively pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Nice beach right in front of the hotel. The only slight niggle was that there were very limited sunbeds on the beach that were occupied very early so we never managed to get a day on the beach, it was however so close to the pool area it was only a short walk from the pool sunbeds to swimming in the sea. Good entertainment program both day and evening, yoga most mornings was fantastic.

Had a lovely Easter break - got upgraded to a swim up beachfront suite which was incredible! The staff were all really kind and welcoming, special shout out to Kiki at the Sky Bar / Blue Bay Restaurant! All the meals were great with lots of variety, great pools and bar areas, and the nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful as well.

Wonderful resort, very modern, professional staff. The food was good quality with a number of A La Carte and also buffet options.

Wunderbares Hotel in sehr schöner Anlage. Wir hatten ein Swim Up Zimmer mit Meerblick, SUPER! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber mit Obst und täglich neuem Wasser. Das Buffet am Morgen und Abend war super und sehr abwechslungsreich mit allen erdenklichen Leckereien!

Great staff very friendly. Spa could have been abit better experience. Jacuzzi was tiny big enough for only one person and was freezing cold Apart from that everything else was perfect Will stay again

BEST Vacation ever.

The Atlantica Imperial had everything we needed and wanted for our 10 day stay. The staff are amazing, always service with a smile. We elected for half board dining and we enjoyed every delicious meal. The quality and choice of food was first class. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was just right for a great nights sleep. They have different pillow options should you require a softer or harder pillow. Will definitely consider a return in 2025.

Amazing venue, exceptional food, fantastic beach

We had a fabulous experience in a swim up room. We were upgraded on arrival to the ‘residence’ area which had the red carpet experience included. This seemed to be mainly around breakfast location (quieter and smaller restaurant in residence area) and mini bar contents - both of which were excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were incredibly kind and funny. In general the food was amazing with a fab selection, I was hesitant before arriving due to a few reviews I read! Ginger was the best restaurant in the resort - the ceviche was amazing!

Outstanding service and the resort is amazing. The a la carte restaurants are great with very engaged, friendly and well prepared for recommendations staff. The buffet could have a broader salad offering… Looking forward to come back!

Traumhafter Urlaub

I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst enjoying holidays.

From arrival to check out, the service provided in this hotel was incredible. Particularly, the restaurant staff were so efficient and always very attentive. The buffet always had a great selection and was always of a high quality. Kolombya itself didn’t have much open in April, but you could easily not leave the resort. We will certainly be returning.

Leider wurde nicht klar kommuniziert dass zu Beginn der Saison noch nicht alle a la carte Restaurants geöffnet sind, sowohl auf der Homepage als auch bei Google war dazu kein Hinweis zu finden. Habe vorher auch per Mail Kontakt gehabt und immer schnelle antworten bekommen, als ich meinte dass wir gerne jeden Tag a la carte essen wollen würden, gab es keine Antwort mehr, es ist schade hier hätte man die Chance gehabt es und zu sagen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr seeeeehr freundlich, wirklich toll. Das Zimmer leider etwas muffig und wir hatten mehrere Tausendfüssler die im Bad immer wieder aufgetaucht sind. Pools waren leider nicht beheizt. Getränke in der Bar sehr gut. War ein netter Aufenthalt aber insgesamt nicht rund.

Echte 5 Sterne Hotel! super Strand, alles sauber, Personal weg genau was zu machen ist, alles neu gemacht, saubere neue Matratzen, super Zimmerausstattung mit viel Platz und viele Schubladen, Pool war immer perfekt, Putzfrau war sehr feinfühlig und hat sich Kleinigkeiten gemerkt. Essensbuffet war sehr gut und hier ist alles sehr soft und smooth gelaufen. man hat nicht viel mitbekommen von Reinigung oder Instandhaltung. Ich bin sehr sehr genau und sehr Kleinig, aber kann hier echt nichts schlechtes über dieses Hotel schreiben! Ich hatte wirklich dank ds tolle Hotel einen super Urlaub in den letzten 10 Tagen. Experience outside of the room was fantastic. Food was incredible and the staff in the bars and restaurants catered to your every need. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room for half of our trip and none of the receptionists took our concerns seriously. Our bedroom light didn't turn off at night twice so we had to go and visit reception for them to fix it at midnight, as our phone wasn't working so we couldn't contact that way. Our fridge was also warm, so the drinks that we had bought from the shop (we were not all inclusive) were not pleasant to drink, and the chocolate we put in it melted. Again, no staff listened to us and just told us it was a consequence of the fires on the island. However, no other guests were experiencing any of this so really was just a room issue. We were only taken seriously when we said we wanted to move rooms. Shame that we spent so much money for lack of comfort for half of our holiday.
