On beautiful sand dunes!! Nice look and hot tub. Well located!!

Liked property... did not like Hidden fees added to my bill and room Dailey different rates being higher for week days in the same week example the Tuesday 30% higher than the Monday on my bill.... WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

We stay this once or twice a year and tell family and friends to stay there

Excellent stay at this property. The pool and outdoor setup paired with Starbucks and another restaurant on property makes this an excellent choice for families who want to park and never drive until checkout.

Front desk were not friendly, it was like they tolerated you. Had seen some guest ask guy at desk for towels and he turned around and got them out of the cabinet. Next day when a woman was at the desk and we ask for towels she told us to go to a room near the pool. She said if they did not have towels there that she would have to go to the basement.

Great swimming area.. Terrible facilities for handicap. Restrooms by pool area are impossible for a wheelchair.

We came here for a weekend getaway. It was so nice and quiet. We had a beautiful oceanfront room. I definitely will stay here again. Also, the beds slept wondwrful. Easy access to the beach and pool. Nice restaurants close by. A great place to getaway to for the week or few days.

Disappointed had an view room 455. 1st day killed some bugs crawling on table. Always fearful for roaches. I called front desk, said they would have someone up immediately. No one ever showed. OV room was far corner from ocean. Couldn't use balcony comfortably as it had a huge vent that sounded like a jet engine on take off. I usually go to the Westin but thought we'd give the Courtyard a try. Next time back to the Westin.

Somehow I got Covid while staying there. Came home sick. Had been hope all week on vacation then came to the hotel for the weekend and got sick.

Great place to visit

Second time staying at this hotel. Everything went great, room was what I had booked, and food and drinks were delicious. The only negative was the lack of housekeeping. We stayed 6 nights, and had to ask multiple times for towels, and even toilet paper. My mom also had to request new bedding, and she had to change it herself. I know this sounds very minimal, but one of the great things about a hotel (with a daily destination fee) is not having to think about those things, so it was a little disappointing!

Decent place but very slow service. Room cleaning not done on the correct day and ZERO drawer and closet storage for clothes. Literally had to live out of the suitcases

My stay was Awesome!!

I booked via expedia. I elected to not require cancelation insurance. I called the front desk and was told they had a working hot tub. This is why i reserved a room there instead of the Westin. I arrived after mudnight and was told the hot tub was working in person. That's all i wanted ! I woke and watched people move toward the pool. I told my fiance we needed to get out there now because i wanted to soak before it was crowded.. we dressed for it, got inside the pool area just to find it was caution taped off and not in service. The front desk said " they just needed time". I explained time is something i didn't have.. i will never return ! I booked a room at the Westin and we went there to be poolside.. i called that evening to ask about the hot tub. They said it wouldn't be fixed that day.( i had hoped it would be since several hours had passed.. I had two hotels booked in one day. I paid for two rooms because i went for a 2 day excursion to relieve stress just to be upset and worse off the when i woke to begin my day.. Never again ! The Westin came through.. i just wish they kept the hot tub.

Checked in for a long weekend. Upon arrival noticed the carpet in the room was wet near the sliding glass door and air conditioner. Notified front desk and they attempted to clean the carpet. By the next morning, the room smelled extremely mildewy and just generally a terrible odor that would just about knock you back when we walked into the room. Attempted to change rooms by hotel was fully booked. So we had to pack up our stuff and go find ourselves another property to stay at. You would think at a minimum the hotel would at least comp the night. But instead, they charged us full freight plus the daily destination fee and we had to pack up all of our stuff and move to an another hotel about half mile down the beach. Terrible customer service philosophy.

This hotel is attractive and well located on the beach not too far from the central beach shopping and dining area. The room was nice, but small with very limited drawer space. The bathroom was very nice, the bed comfortable and the view very nice. The loud a/c units made sitting on the room balcony less enjoyable, but I’m not sure there is anything that could be done about that. The pool, pool bar, and weekend entertainment were very nice. The restaurant was just okay with very limited menu. Breakfast through the Starbucks stand was the same, if even more limited. The staff were friendly, but often overwhelmed. I understand the need to be “pet friendly”, but the many dogs, large and small, were often barking and howling in their rooms, and occasionally fighting in the common areas. The scent of dog was often present and we witnessed several pets relieving themselves indoors…with halfhearted efforts by owners to clean up afterward. Just wished there could have been a pet free floor.
