Very good value in Venice and our canal view room was excellent. Doesn’t have the exquisite bar like the St Regis or Hotel Danieli Four Season, but that is not important to us. Breakfast buffet is excellent, we would return

Shocking lack of five-star service for a pre-paid booking. As long-term luxury travel enthusiasts who spend months on end at premier global properties (such as The Dorchester and The Balmoral), we understand what five-star hospitality should look like. Unfortunately, our arrival at Ca’ di Dio was entirely inconsistent with these standards and deeply disappointing. The Issue: We booked and fully pre-paid for a "Triple Room" (inherently licensed for three occupants) nearly a year ago. Upon arrival, the front desk flagged a system error on their end that registered our 9-year-old son as an infant. -The Handling: While administrative glitches happen, the evening team's handling of this was unacceptable. We waited hours for a resolution. We even went to dinner at Essentia hoping it would be sorted by the time we finished, but absolutely no progress had been made. -The Communication: There was a complete lack of updates or communication from the staff while we were dining. -The Current State: The room capacity is legally correct, the booking is settled, and the staff has already removed the crib since the existing king bedding is perfectly sufficient for us. We do not require a rollaway bed or a room change. Pros: The physical property is beautiful (though minimal/lacking art). Head Concierge Ivan is amazing. Service staff is also incredible. Cons: The front desk management and customer service fail to meet basic luxury hospitality standards. Perhaps inexperience.

Eu fiz uma reserva na mesma categoria que sempre faço, ainda pedi para o funcionário verificar a categorias dos outros anos, ele Confirmou que sempre foi a mesma , mais tive uma surpresa desagradável , um quarto pequeno e eles alegam que cada quarto tem um tamanho , das outras vezes tinha até um closet , era confortável, desta vez um quarto muito pequeno até ruim de se mexer Dentro , o valor me cobraram o mesmo, mas me instalaram em um quarto básico, pedi para mudar mas falaram que não tinham mais disponibilidade, ou seja me cobraram uma Junior suite , mas pelo tamanho fiquei no quarto básico , muito diferente das outras vezes , então sai com uma péssima impressão ! Desta vez não gostei !

Our stay in Ca’ Di Dio was nothing short of perfect! The staff were very hospitable and the property is beautifully designed and maintained. We’ll definitely be staying there whenever we are in Venice.

Amazing property but I don’t recommend dining in it as it is extremely over priced.

Asked two days ago at front desk to book in September & have yet to hear from hotel!

Ótima localização e restaurantes

This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Everyone was attentive and truly made our stay a 5-star one. From Ivan, Maria, Filipo and Buba as well as the rest of the staff they went above and beyond for us.

Staff are hospitable. I don’t like the stairs to our room level without any lift. We have to drag our luggage down when we leave.

Gym is small but adequate Spa and massage were top tier

Wonderful hotel, rooms and staff

Staff is wonderful. They can book all the attractions for you right there. Location was great! 10 min walk to all the major sights. Right on the water so can take the water taxi straight from the airport and be dropped off at their dock so you don’t have to struggle with luggage in the city! Resort is very updated and modern but still has the authentic Venetian feel. Bar was wonderful some of the best drinks I have ever had and the best spritz we have had in Italy.
