The gym is tiny and the equipment was off gassing to the point that I could not stay in the room for more than 5 mins. The hotel staff were great and tried to help by opening windows but it was still pretty bad.

The hotel was in a perfect location where you can walk to downtown Nanaimo.

Location is great!! Close to the inner core of Nanaimo. Can walk lotsa places!!

On site, gated parking was nice especially in that area of nanaimo Room was tidy. Location was close to everything you would need/want to see

Front desk staff were hard to understand. It was a sketchy area of town, walked out for supper, there is no restaurant in the hotel for supper. Drug and homeless people on our way to the restaurant. Didn’t feel like a safe area.

Quiet and very attentive to any requests. Free coffee in the lobby and excellent parking free. Very close to a number of excellent restaurants that were recommended by the staff for evening entertainment.

The bfast book was fabulous made to order what I wanted, hot tea in lobby all night. First night no parking I parked on the road and homeless loitering around I didn’t like that. Otherwise walking distance to downtown streets full of cafes and Indian restaurants galore. Nicer than most Quality inns

We just stayed for one night, but check in/out was seamless, lots of parking in the garage, the room was very clean. We loved the black out blinds. Definitely would stay again.
