Selama tiga malam saya menginap di The Blossom Kumamoto, saya mendapatkan pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Lokasi hotel di sebelah stasiun jr kumamoto, dengan akses mudah ke halte bus dan trem, menjadikannya tempat yang tepat untuk menjelajahi kota. Staf di The Blossom Kumamoto sangat ramah dan membantu, memastikan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan. Kebersihan hotel luar biasa, dan meskipun tidak ada bak mandi di dalam kamar, onsen di lantai lobi memberikan alternatif yang menenangkan. Berdekatan dengan hotel, sebuah department store besar dan supermarket menawarkan kenyamanan tambahan untuk berbelanja dan kebutuhan pokok. Secara keseluruhan, The Blossom Kumamoto melebihi ekspektasi saya. Dengan lokasi prima, staf yang ramah, kebersihan, dan fasilitas terdekat, saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Kumamoto.

It may be confusing the first time to get to the lobby of the hotel (which is on the 9th floor). However, please do not hesitate to ask the information counter at Amu Plaza (the shopping centre/mall that is below the hotel), or else, follow the signs that leads to "The Blossom" Hotel. We stayed here for 6 nights with no breakfast. We had no regrets in choosing this hotel. Location -It is conveniently located next to Kumamoto jr station, on top of Amu Plaza, next to the bus & tram stops, direct Airport Limousine Bus pick up & drop off point. It is around 10-20 minutes bus/train journey away from Sakuramachi. Hotel Facilities -The public bathing pool is located on the 9th floor. It is highly secured and convenient to use. The laundromat is also on the 9th floor, next to the bathing area. There are 2 machines available at each side (male & female). It is so convenient because we are able to check the machine status real-time to see if it is in-use or idling. Please prepare 100 yen coins for the machine, else you may request to change at the reception counter! Hotel Services -Check in and Check out was smooth and easy! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We requested for some utensils as we needed to cut some fruits, and it was promptly provided. We needed to iron our clothes as it was badly crumpled, and the staff provided us too. Kumamoto water can be drank from the tap! Hotel Room - Even though the toilet, shower area & sink is separated into 3 different sections; It was still okay as both of us could use each area without disruption. The double bed is comfortable and the pillows are good. We also had a sofa and a round table, enough space for breakfast. We had a nice and beautiful view of the 2 mountains - Mount Kinbo & Hanaokoyama. Kumamoto is a nice and lovely place to visit & to live in. Staying in this hotel will enhance your stay in Kumamoto.
