Expedia couldn't reach them to cancel the hotel in time when my travel was disrupted due to storm. .

The hotel is acceptable overall, but with some notable drawbacks. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a definite positive, and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping is not automatic and needs to be requested separately, which was inconvenient. Room cleanliness was okay but not great — the room felt a bit grubby rather than truly clean. Breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were not fresh, and the overall selection was just average. The split setup between the Residence Inn and the Moxy Hotel is also quite strange. Although you book and stay on the Residence Inn side, all facilities — including the restaurant and weekend breakfast — are located in the Moxy building. This was confusing and not clearly communicated. Overall, it’s a serviceable stay, but there is room for improvement, particularly around housekeeping, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.

Clean and spacious room with everything you could possibly need. Facilities at location are great and the breakfast was also very tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Vi hadde en leilighet med ett soverom her. Kjøkken, spisested, sovesofa og king size seng. Nytt og moderne. Frokost i 9. etasje med flott utsikt. Kort vei til Windsor, som er en flott by og ikke bare et slott). Utrolig komfortabel seng. Både stikkontakt og usb-lading ved senga. Også den nye usb-c. Det settes pris på. Skal jeg pirke på noe, så er det smart-tv som er begrenset til lyd og youtube via chromecast.

Excellent service and room was great. Things have changed a bit since last stay, hopefully they won’t keep doing that in future. Thanks to Moses for being so helpful.

It was an excellent experience! The room and facilities are new and all keeping in the best conditions. Staff are nice, cheerful and helpful! The breakfast are tasty. Everything is so worth the price! I will definitely stay again next time i visit slough!

My booking was cancelled upon my arrival so never got a chance to stay after 6 hours of driving. In the end, I got dumped in terrible place. Hotel is refusing refund, terribel experience

Great hotel location for train links to London or Windsor

The property does not have a proper pick-up and drop-off service, and there is no room service available. The breakfast menu is very limited, and the room is not adequately stocked with tea bags, milk, or sugar. These items were not refilled the following day, and when I called to request them, it took more than an hour for them to be delivered. The room is clean

Room was clean, and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no secured parking at the hotel, and we had to walk five minutes to an off-site parking lot, which I didn't feel comfortable doing at night.

It was a very spacious, clean room. It makes me feel like home. I would highly recommend for couple/ family.

The rooms are well-appointed, but the first room we got, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We changed rooms after the first night, but all of the mattresses are soft and springy like a dorm mattress or a cot. The parking is blocks away, and the area doesn’t feel safe. The restaurant food was awful.

Good location for Legoland but the main road was very noisy, found it very difficult to sleep. The check in desk was closed so we had to check in via the moxy next door, which was fine but general lack of staff around was disconcerting, there was hardly anyone around. Room was very nice and spacious but the floor had not been hoovered so we had to request this after we checked in. Only 2 towels even though there were 4 of us. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice considering it was only meant to be continental. The staff we did see were very friendly and helpful, they were just few and far between.
