Very beautiful Hotel

El servicio fue espectacular! Todo delicioso, la atención excelente! Nos quedamos con ganas de volver! Súper recomendable!!!

El hotel carece de mantenimiento, la habitación tenía la regadera y desagüe tapado. Los jardines tanto interiores como exteriores no tienen mantenimiento constante. El personal muy amable

Room was immaculate and clean and staffs are courteous.

staff did not support or offer a solution when some of my personal items got lost from my room.

Really nice place to stay staff the best. Miguel was very nice and attentive with us and all their staff breakfast was really good. Had an issue with a shower and they move us right away to another room 1000 percent recommend this place.

This property is beautiful. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of storage/closet space. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We had brunch at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

The staff were very nice espcially the bell staff. The room was comfortable, but the shower didn't function correctly The food and wait staff were excellent in the restaurant. There was a wedding taking place that played loud music until 2 A.M. while I realized weddings make money for the hotel , but all guests are not wedding guests. We liked the building but will not ever be staying at this hotel again due to it being impossible to sleep or rest until after 2 A.M. This includes nights where their is not a wedding because the hotel has loud music playing in the bar.For the price the hotel charges to stay you would think all guests would be respected and not just people whom like to party.

Everything was great! Very clean room, staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming. Beautiful decorations. Amenities are great! Delicious food and drinks. I strongly recommend it.
