Near to the train station.

Only reason why I'm rating this property 3 stars instead of 4 is due to the body odor in the room and the fact that I was unaware of not having a private bathroom prior to booking the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Perfect station while hiking nakasendo or just for a quiet night

旅館の雰囲気を残しつつ、新しい建物にリノベーションされた綺麗な宿です。水回りや1階の交流スペースがとても綺麗です。中津川駅からも徒歩3分ほどでアクセス良いです。 道路に面してるため車の音が少し気になりましたが、部屋には耳栓も用意されており素晴らしかった。

We had a really nice stay, it met our expectations. Everything was clean and working, even though walls are thin people were good at being respectful and quiet. Only thing we were missing was plug with ground to use our adapter or USB charge in the wall. Also i found the matresses a bit hard to sleep on. The personal are english speaking and very helpful. Can highly reccomend the hike from Nakatsugawa to Nagiso through magome and tsumago. It is a nice find to the price. Overall a memorable amd good ryokan experience.

Staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests. They helped with dining guidance and reservations.

スタッフは思いやり溢れた、親切な方でした。設備はどこも清潔で、快適です。ドリンクと朝食のサービスを提供いただいたのは予想外で嬉しかったです。

部屋に洗面所、トイレ、給水が一切無い事を明確に記載して欲しいです。 2階だったのですが、男性トイレやシャワーは2階にはありません。 夜中に起きてトイレに行ったら寝ぼけて転倒のリスクもありますし、そこは強調して欲しいです。 駐車場の案内図が分かりにくい。 一方通行の路地にあるのですが、何番目の通りを入るなど明確化されないアバウト過ぎる地図を受付で借り、探しました。 フリースペースは清潔でした。 浴衣も無料で貸し出しあり。 洗面所やトイレが部屋に無い分、コスパは良いです。

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met gratis drankje. Kamer net en ruim. Koffie en thee gratis ter beschikking in de inkom. De gemeenschappelijke doucheruimte en sanitair was zeer proper. Ideaal gelegen om de trail Tsumago-Magome te wandelen.

The staff was very helpful, and the place was very well kept. The only problem is the bathrooms for the men are on the third floor and for the women on the second floor. For an older man who gets up a lot to use the bathroom, it meant climbing stairs Every time.

The staff service is superb!
