Pros: We arrived early, the staff was very helpful in finding us a room. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has lots variety. We truly like the central location and modern design of the hotel room. Con’s: No in room safe. No coffee/tea maker, we asked for a hot water kettle but have to buy team bags. The shower door is transparent so feel lack of privacy when taking shower while another person is in the room.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre, pas de table de nuit, pas de chaises, pas bon. La porte de la douche était très difficile à ouvrir. Très inconfortable à tous les points de vue. Seul point fort : l'emplacement.

Hotel location was close to many Budapest sites. Cafe food was great , especially in the evenings!

Hotel in city center with underground parking- very good, was leaving 5am and got take away breakfast and coffee, very friendly stuff

The balcony door didnt work, we ask for a repair, told us that it would take time, then told us we would have to move room, but they would give us one better to make up for it. The room they reserved for us, they then gave to someone else and moved us to a tiny room on the 7th floor, where we had to step over our cases to get to the bathroom. Then when we were leaving they refused to hand back our deposit and charged us more - which they claimed was taxes but we were never told about extra taxes on arrival. Only the bread at breakfast was edible, there was rotten fruit in the fruit bowl, with fruit flies all over it.

Very modern hotel. Breakfast was top notch and the balcony was large and quiet. Air conditioning was OK but not very cool. A curtain on the bathroom separating the room would have been nice.

Picked up a gastrointestinal infection in Toronto and ended up spending all of our Budapest time in the hotel room. Bed was great!! A bonus was being able to extend our check out to 3 pm. This made transferring to our river cruise so much simpler. We're very grateful of this service.

El alojamiento está en una situación inmejorable, al lado de la catedral de San Esteban y en general está muy bien. El desayuno es aceptable, más o menos variado. El personal muy atento y servicial. Por poner algún pero, el agua de la ducha se salía y llegaba hasta la habitación. La ducha está compartimentada pero no separada por una puerta de la habitación.

Hotel was in a really great location with many great sights within walking distance, and lots of nice places to eat on your doorstep. The hotel room itself was on the compact size which is quite common in newer hotels. For two people over three nights, we found the size acceptable though. The bed itself was reasonably comfortable but the pillows lacked any support if you are used to firmer pillows. We had breakfast included in our price which was also really decent. Any staff we encountered were efficient and friendly.
