Wednesday night loud music till late , same from Thursday night. Loud music till 1am. When I finally fell asleep the alarm went of in the corridor, 3am Staying on the first floor did not help either I guess Wednesday evening I wasn’t welcome at the restaurant as there was some Arab convention. They clearly don’t like Europeans. Thursday evening the restaurant was completely shut ….I was told do go to the coffee lounge Young boy at reception did not speak English and obviously did not give a sh….too busy in his phone My advise : avoid this place when you are a non Muslim

The friendliness and service-minded approach of the bell captain zaibi and front desk assistant Naïf Alsswadi were amazing, actually all hotel staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable, thank you very much

Nice room (junior suite) but old towels and mattress cover. Location Convenient for the Riyadh international convention center. Breakfast not great not terrible: no orange juice no espresso coffee (only instant coffee). I was expecting something better at the price I paid.
