It was quiet, the lobby was attractive, the front desk agents were very professional and friendly. We did notice that the breakfast attendants seemed a bit angsty, but my day job is managing a hotel so I understand the struggles that line level employees have to deal with and wouldn't ever hold it against them - quite the opposite - Maybe just check in on your breakfast team and make sure that they're not due for a raise or some recognition because that's a busy position that requires hustle and lots of grumpy customer interaction. They were 100% doing a great job restocking and cleaning a very busy breakfast service, jobs like that aren't for the faint of heart and should be commended!
