All good, although parking spaces very limited

Ons verblijf was heel goed vriendelijk personeel over gehele hotel . Is zeker een aanrader . Het ontbijt is zeer goed en ook de chef is super aardig 👍 op de kamer zou er wel een flesje water aanwezig mogen zijn maar verder was alles top ....

Very convenient location for hopping on Ashford International, the brewery across the road is great and you get a discount if you show them your room key, plus there's a corner store right there too. Clean rooms, good breakfast options, staff was nice (though the person checking me in did stop to have a somewhat heated discussion with another employee mid-check in), overall definitely worth staying if you want somewhere to stay before an early train.

This is a very nice hotel right next to the Ashford International train station. You can walk back and forth easily. There is an Aldi supermarket less than a block away. There is Bridge Cafe next door. The room was very nice, roomy and comfortable. The morning breakfast was standard fare. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was good. Only pizza left for diner which is not why I book hotels with restaurant!

The hotel is standard, no frills but unfortunately let down by the rudeness of the lady who dealt with us on reception. No warm welcome or friendliness and very short ans unhelpful when trying to book a taxi. Bed also very hard and uncomfortable

be careful you dont book a disability room, beds are so low and uncomfortable

The room was very spacious and clean and modern with a safe and fridge. The security is good.

Average experience for a premium price While the hotel is clean, looks beautiful, has great facilities etc The staff feel very clinical and seem stressed The breakfast was tasty and fully stocked The thing I feel let down by most was the shower You advertise saying you have rain shower heads in your rooms which was my biggest reason for staying here and i was given a disabled room with a wet room and standard shower I stay away a lot for work so this was my monthly treat to myself and i feel very let down I work away from home and I was recommended this hotel by a friend and they feel awful due to my experience

Easy check in and out, lifts excellent. Parking (pre booking requisite, £12.50 daily, charge to room). We could see our car from our room on the second floor. The room was too hot for us throughout the night, adjusting the controls helped somewhat, however as our stay was only one night we managed but I would have sought assistance if we had stayed longer. Room 228 needs a mattress replacement, as you can feel the springs and it’s a mattress I call “boney” as it has no top padding to talk about. I think it could have felt worse to us, as we’ve just returned from NYC where in our experience beds in USA Hotels in general are enormous and always amazingly comfortable. Bathroom excellent, Breakfast not a complaint there, decor immaculate, finish, bedding and flooring all very good. Super clean back stair case that we noted as outstanding. Decent pillow selection in our room, but sadly my partner and I chose the same pillow (and I have way to his choice in the end) as the other three pillows were too soft for us.

Good location and good night sleep

Great kitchen staff. Really friendly and polite. Also they professionally challenged visitors who were putting excess food in the bags at breakfast which I thought was great they stopped them.

The bed unfortunately was a bit uncomfortable, but couldnt fault anything else.
