Overall beautiful and well maintained property. There was no wifi available all 5 days i was there. I had to leave the room and go to the lobby which was very inconvenient. There was no luggage assiatance and i realized I had to go 2 flights of stairs with a very heavy suitcase. The dogs barking at night was very disruptive. Information is not forthcoming. I had to find out the fay before i left that i could order food from the restaurant outside of the set times for lunch, dinner etc. Coffee is not readily available, I can order room service, however for breakfast i had to find out while i was having service that there is a fee for breakfast to be brought to you. Also there is no f/u with the staff. Every staff that told me "i will inquire and let you know." Never got back to me which was frustrating. I only asked on day 3 if i could have pancakes or eggs for breakfast. There is no catering to small kids not from an island for breakfast. Which if breakfast is included (which is factored into the cost) why do i have to pay extra so my child under age 10 can eat? Ridiculous.
I arrived at 6:30pm for dinner. At 645 i was told they were not ready. 10 minutes later still nothing. Suddenly i saw a guest arrived at the station and was being served. My waiter came back 20 minutes later, to say you can get food from the buffet. I said clearly. You left 45 minutes ago. Awful service. Adding to this I waited almost an hour to get checked in.
