Great all round

Comfortable beds, and quick check in

5 minute walk to convention center was perfect for us

Staff were excellent, but room decor tired and limited access to toiletries (why must they be secured??). But fine for overnight stay.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at A by Adina Canberra. The room was neat and well presented. It it is close to the CBD and is within walking distance to lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. We also enjoyed how easy it was to organise parking. We would stay here again.

Shavings and hair left around the bathroom from previous guests and dirty marks on the bed sheets.

Central location with walking distance access to restaurants and shopping. Many of the main sites are within reasonable distance if you enjoy walking. Convenient parking at a cost in building.

Good and fast service. 24 hour reception. Big room. But...very very tiny and cramped kitchenette. It's ridiculous. Not functional at all. Toaster and kettle kept 6ft above which average person can't reach.

Beautiful clean hotel. They called to check I knew where to park and room configuration day before check in. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel and room was very clean

We had a comfortable stay, the building was new and modern and the rooms were too. Customer service was great and It was in a good location as you could easily walk to the city centre. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that the rooms are quite dark in terms of colour scheme as well as the lack of natural light coming in. There’s no balcony and the windows don’t open so you can’t even get any fresh air, so it felt a bit closed in and restrictive.

The layout and design of the room was very inviting.

Great location and while the general condition of the property is great the cleanliness and housekeeping really let this hotel down. We wouldn't stay again given how dirty the apartment was and how poor the housekeeping was.

Hotel is very spacious, nice and clean. Happy to stay again.
