Great stay! Perfect location. Cesar checked us in early and gave us a free room upgrade. Rooftop bar had great drinks and great views. Would definitely stay there again.

Muy buena experiencia en general

I am glad I picked this hotel and I definitely recommend it for staying within walking distance to El Centro, Restaurants, Shopping, Mercado de Artesanías, banks, ATM’s…Excellent service from the time we walked in! Estrella at front desk and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. The rooms were nice and the whole property super clean, the breakfast was ok and included. Amazing rooftop with nice views and pool. Would stay again!

Me quedé con ellos el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños, y lo que quería era relajarme, disfrutar y descansar. La cama estaba muy cómoda, todo está súper céntrico del hotel. Llegas a todos los lugares en tres minutos caminando. El desayuno no es tan variado, pero tiene buen sazón.

Habitaciónes un poco pequeñas. Desayuno muy básico

Todo muy bien .. solo no tienen estacionamiento pero ellos te consiguen uno a un precio más accesible que si metieras por tu cuenta a un estacionamiento tu vehículo.

I had a great experience with my stay at the hotel Madi .The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was very nice and clean, with very comfortable beds. The hotel has a beautiful roof top pool and bar ,with the best views of the city .

Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable, el hotel está en una inmejorable ubicación, excelente personal muy amables, habitación muy limpias y amplias, la alberca climatizada y las instalaciones muy buenas, el desayuno muy rico, muy recomendable.

"Me sorprendió gratamente el servicio del hotel. Desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron amables y atentos. La ubicacion es muy centrica, te queda muy serva todo! ... en cuanto a la habitación estaba impecable cada dia que la limpiaban, el desayuno no es wow pero es muy basico y es mas que suficiente. Me gustó especialmente la atención al detalle y la disposición del personal para ayudarme con cualquier cosa que necesitara, a parte que es un super plus que el hotel tenga alberca porque puedes pasar un buen rato en su roof. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en este hotel."

Perfect place to stay in San Miguel! Clean, convenient, safe, excellent staff and wonderful rooftop pool!

Only drawback is there was no window to outside in my room. Only a window to inner courtyard. I needed the shade closed for privacy. All good other than that. The staff is great but don’t count on much English.
