Lovely place and staff

The security and personnel are welcoming and respectful. The breakfast service was wonderful! I will definitely visit again.

The staff was welcoming and very professional. The breakfast was top tier and the rooms and grounds were very clean. Its a safe and peaceful property to stay no hassle good relaxation lots of activities close by ...tourist attractions and plenty beaches and rivers. I would highly recommended

Beautiful place to be

Food was excellent friendliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent only 10 mins from the center of ocho rios if you want to be away from the hustle of the city this is the place clean quiet safe no one bothering you I enjoyed my stay 24 hr security only thing missing was not being on the beach but it’s only mins away

As two young females going to have a night out. We felt very safe due to the level of security given and communication. Damien and his coworker were very thoughtful and ensured the room was comfortable with AC on and that we were connected to Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious and very filling . The Manager on the day was welcoming and a little flexible with us which we really appreciated , the cleaning Lady does a fantastic job and we believe she is definitely an attribute to your company. Additionally we really appreciate the night staff Damien & co worker (I think that’s his name) due to them looking out for our safety at a night out. We look forward to coming again soon thank you from Miss White.

Good place to stay, the pool is big and nice. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing really

Do not book. The pictures and description is fake. Scary reception and poor service at checkin. Security guard is also the room service. AC does not work. Filth bathrooms. Lights or flickering like in a scary movie. Not reliable. Scheduled breakfast for 7:30. I had to chase the security guard to remind him of our food. There was hair and eggs crack on my breakfast.

Easily accessible, availability of dining options, Excellent customer service

We drove into the property for check in. A security guard told us we had to check in with him because the office was closed. It was a very strange, awkward check in process with an unprofessional security guard.

It’s a place to rest for the night or to stay if you will be mostly of the property to adventure near by, Room is clean and nice, pool is out of service due to its condition. Otherwise good service and clean room to sleep.

Peaceful, clean and safe

Delicious, fresh breakfast every day. Staff was diligent about getting our breakfast order. Great intro to Jamaican food! Rent a car or book a lot of tours that pick you up and bring you back. Day trip to Negril highly recommended! Day trip to Kingston good too. Fern gully road is very scenic but narrow.

We booked last minute. Checked in and greeted by a very helpful security. He explained everything and let us know of free breakfast . He got us to our very clean room. He even took our order for breakfast next day and asked what time we wanted it delivered. Bed comfortable, tv worked well. Breakfast was good. Overall excellent.

The food and pool were the absolute highlights. Most of the staff were friendly. I arrived late the night before Labour Day and was greeted by security. They were great. I did not get my Wifi passwords until the 4th day of my 6 day stay as no staff in the office for 4 days. Long weekend, no problem. The last night of my stay, I was advised no visitors after 5 PM after I had invited friends over. It was a new rule, yet wasn't posted anywhere. It felt discriminatory. After advocating for my visitors on the property, I was extended the privlage of them being able to use the pool and hang out as long as they didn't stay overnight. Overall, the location was great and it was extremely peaceful. The food was fabulous and the pool is a definite asset. It was well suited for my needs.

The breakfast is terrific and the security are so friendly and helpful. The lady who attened to our room was very nice. Highly recommend.

Me and my friend came for a week for a girls trip and we had an amazing time. The staff are very nice and you can request clean towels and drinks/tea free of charge. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing temperature, the breakfast was very good. There is regular house keeping and if you have any questions, you can ask the front office, Amazing stay.
