Struttura in armonia con il paesaggio e arredamento che richiama la fauna locale. Ogni stanza ha un concept preciso: le camere sono incentrate su un singolo animale. Zebra, gnu, leone e via discorrendo. I colori scuri sono un'eco della savana africana ma non aiutano a capire la reale pulizia di ogni locale. Ad un esame più attento la polvere sembra colonizzare le prese di corrente poste vicino al letto. Tappeti scuri e tende tendenti al marrone non agevolano il check sulla pulizia. Nel complesso l'arredamento è cool, non sempre funzionale ma molto african. Punto di forza ristorante e colazione. Tutto compreso, persino la cena. Che, lungi dall'essere cheap o raffazzonata, si presenta persino alla vista molto convincente. Lo staff ogni sera presenta un menu diverso, dall'antipasto al primo, dal secondo al dolce. Piatti tipici cucinati in maniera più che soddisfacente; la cura del dettaglio non è solo visiva (impiattamento) ma anche nei sapori. Sono rimasto davvero sorpreso: pensavo di trovare una tavola calda arrangiata ed invece ho trovato un ristorante che strizza l'occhio alla cucina stellata. Colazione semplice ma capace di soddisfare ogni gusto.

Enjoyed my stay

We love this hotel. We have stayed at several different hotels in Gaborone on past visits. This one is our favorite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet. We also liked that it was a very short walk to Riverwalk shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Food was mostly well prepared, although some improvement is needed (e.g., grilled chicken burger was dry and over cooked).

Everything was great. The only drawback was I chose to eat at the restaurant in the Lodge one of the nights. It took over 50 minutes for my food to arrive. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel is very well kept and my room was very comfortable. I slept well in the bed and the room was spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the hotel is kept nicely.

The property is conveniently located near the Riverwalk Mall. The service is great, restaurant food was amazing, the drinks at the bar were great. The room was cleaned very well everyday for the week I was there and the staff were friendly. It was definitely good value for my money.

The hotel is ok for the money. But it had some issues. The key card had to be reprogrammed at the reception Every Day ! The pool was derty ! There was beggars running around the parking - not the best security !

My stay was good. Actually this was my second stay at the same hotel this year, 2022, booked each time through Hotels.com

Nice place

I booked this property for my wife. The facilities were acceptable but the service was quite poor. It seems the front desk needs proper training. They could not find her Orbitz booking at check-in for a long time and did not apologise. It happened again at check-out. Overall it seemed like they were not well trained for the hospitality industry. There are better options in Gaborone.

Check-in was a problem as the booking didn't register in their system. The hotel had to find extra rooms!
