Advertised two restaurants only one Dining area had tables that were not wiped, we had to do it ourselves Bar food is not a restaurant. One night we were told we would have to wait an hourr due to full capacity in kitchen ovens were busy. ( group of 20) were coning in We came back an bour latet, still busy. Breakfast was excellent.

If you enjoy sleeping on solid concrete or a plank of plywood, this is the place for you!! The beds are so freaking hard, you can't sleep. And, they only give you two pillows. Good thing the view is nice because you will need something to stare at all night long.

Staff is not very helpful… apparently not well trained. The rooms don’t have any drawers or closet… no place to put clothes or anything really. Probably OK for an overnight.

Favourite spot to stay in Bergen

A modern hotel with everything you need, great atmosphere. Amazing view over the waterfront, 3 floating saunas right in front of the hotel. The bar is a great choice to relax at the end of tiring day. The location is great even though not dead center in town, just a few minutes with the tram. Got a free welcoming cocktail that was delicious! Standard breakfast with all you need.

I would highly recommend having 2 wash clothes in the bathrooms. Hand towels just don't work that well.

Hotellet var streikerammet, men personalet på jobb strakk seg virkelig langt for at vi likevel skule få et godt opphold.

Ingen frukost beställd men trots strike så var det bra

Hotellet er nytt og fint og betjeningen veldig hyggelig. Rommene er litt enkelt innredet, men de er nye og i god stand. Det som imidlertid var irriterende var at det ikke er mulig å slå av ventilasjonsanlegget (ringte faktisk og sjekket), det bråker og lager kald trekk på rommet. Dynen er som en tynn sommerdyne. Jeg frøs, men betjeningen var hyggelig og kom med ekstra dyne til rommet. Ser at mange gjester kommenterer frokosten. Jeg var i frokostsalen kl 7.30, da var det rikelig av alt i buffeten, og det så friskt ut. Utvalget er dog ikke like stort som man får på Scandic eller Thon, men det var godt nok for mitt behov. Fin utsikt fra frokostsalen.

Bra hotell. Ren og fin med god beliggenhet. Men frokosten var dessverre middelmådig.

Huone oli sellainen mitä kuvien perusteella sen oletin olevan. Huoneessa oli lämmin (ulkolämpötila n. 0 c matkani aikana). Kassakaapin puute ainut miinus, pöytätaso aika pieni mutta ei haitannut minua. Näkymä järvelle oli hieno, aamiainen hyvä, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja siisti huone.
