Memorable stay and excellent service.

Highly recommend this hotel! Had an amazing stay here and will definitely be booking again. Staff is accommodating, quick and efficient. The hotel was clean and spacious. And rooms were very comfortable.

Not well maintained

Excellent !

Hotel had lovely buffet and excellent in-hotel service. However, the parking was absolutely terrible and they would not let me park my car myself. Then the valet broke off a side mirror and refused to acknowledge the damage. I had to escalate to management before I received any acknowledgment of the damage and I am still fighting with hotel manage to reimburse the damage. Very unfortunate as the hotel was otherwise very clean, very nice, with good service.

Staff were very helpful

With time, the cleanliness and hygiene has fallen down. And so has food options dropped in both dinner and breakfast.

Super value for money & close to airport

It was a regular Holiday Inn with with the regular standards that we expect. Nothing spectacular. Staff in dining could be better trained.

Good hotel

Avoid this hotel as it is not clean. Door got locked when we came back and it took them ages to get it unlocked. Rooms are not up to standard
