Catered for the size of our family Has the basic facilities handy to town and supermarkets The carpet is worn and the unit could do with an upgrade.

Wonderful place just shower pressure was poor but everything else was excellent!!

Parking is very bad. Tight. Otherwise very good. Clean

I stayed at this hotel by chance. Actually booked in to stay at another hotel on the same street so I called ahead of time to inform them we would be checking in very late due to flight. Was told that check-ins after a specific time, you need to check in at Ulster (owned by same person). Not sure if this info was on the website, but if not, it should be. Also they take a $100 bond which they will return the day you depart, upon inspection of your room while you wait. We did leave a couple items behind but they weren't returned to us, which I thought was odd because you can see the inspection person going in and coming out of the room & they only indicated to the reception that the room was clean enough to return our bond. I called the hotel a day later when i couldn't find my items and they told me yes they were left behind in the room. Other than those points, the hotel room was clean, reception pple were lovely, both night staff and day staff.

Extremely well priced. Spacious, extremely clean and tidy. Master bed was ex comfortable.

Pro’s - Great location. Close to get grocery’s. Spacious rooms. Bedding and towels provided. Good if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Cons - Mattresses uncomfortable, not enough extra blankets so we used heater all night. Low water pressure, shower is half a metre off the ground (huge step to get in and out) and water doesn’t drain straight away so your standing in a few inches of water. Parking is very tight when full.

Really happy with our stay. Unit was clean and tidy. Daily housekeeping. Staff really accomodating. Short drive to supermarket, hospital and other places we needed to go. Would stay again.

Very clean and tidy , one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed and excellent customer service and pricing was amazing for what was provided , highly recommended.

Good - cheap option, quiet, easy parking, beds are clean and well made, good space for a one-bedroom flat, spacious bathroom and toilet Could be better - kitchen floor was not very clean, shelves and cabinets are old, some furniture need attention, shower pressure a bit low, bathroom ceiling had some mold Overall - good cheap option, would visit again if the issues above were addressed

The stay was ok in total with spacious room and good communication from staffs. However, noise level from the main road traffic and neighbouring occupants were quite high though all the windows were shut, and shower’s water pressure was poor.

Industrial looking. Older building and bath. While spacious, it is generic and no curtains in kitchen which is part of a bedroom so light in at night.

Outside area overgrown, planks of wood lying around, no comfortable seats in rooms

Great stay as the area was quiet and the apartment was spacious. However, the cloth line was broken and the check-in was at a different place. The communication was great and we received reminders and directions & instructions for the check-in the day before.

This trip was our daughters school holiday treat, we got Good place to stay in last minute Even affordable price. Spacey handy location.
