There were bright lights on the caravan next door 24 hours a day. Reported to reception who were just rude and did not care. Couldn't sleep as bedroom like daylight at night.

The caravan provided ample accommodation for 4 people and a dog….. lovely areas to walk our dog and staff all very helpful…. The kitchen was poorly furnished with very few cooking utensils….. no colander or tin opener and only a huge frying pan and no casserole or serving dishes. no area to hang wet towels or washing outside nor a clothes airer inside. When we arrived the living area had been sprayed with a very strong air freshener which took two days to clear with the windows open. The two garden chairs were unusable as looked fragile!

Very comfortable caravan with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Liked tge fact there were 2 toilets and a lovely private courtyard. Beds were extremely comfortable too. Couldnt find tea towels ...or bin bag ...so take your own . Would highly recommend a great base to explore Rye Battle Camber and Hastings Kind regards Joanne
