Beautiful hotel and we couldn’t fault it at all- room amazing and staff so helpful

Clean room, convenient, safe, luxury amenities, gorgeous resort, highly recommended and will definitely stay again. Lots of dining options and immense things to do at the resort.

Housekeeping came late or not at all. And when we called for towels when we returned to our un-cleaned room at 1:45am, the towels that were brought were noticeably ragged and as hard as sandpaper! Disappointing for our first stay at Resorts World.

Very classy hotel. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they brought out champagne during check in.

The worst service I have seen in my life. Worse than worse. No service at all!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable but there was no service in everywhere in the hotel. I will never stay again

I stay at the crockfords twice a year, every year for business at the convention center. This time, I called AND emailed them right after I booked, requesting for a high ceiling room which I got confirmation on. However, when I checked in, they gave me a completely different room. Frustrated, I called them and had to speak with the manager which took forever because they kept putting me on hold. They even lied and said they didn't have any rooms available. But when I showed them the email proof, they suddenly told me they had a room for me. Such gross behavior from such a "luxury" hotel. I'll make sure to take my business to Fontaine Bleu on my next visit.

This property is not very good and not worth the money. They double charged me during my stay and didn’t even offer to make it right by providing anything despite me wasting 30+ mins dealing with a charge on my card that was inaccurate. They eventually reversed it, but the service left a lot to be desired. There’s a reason this property isn’t highly regarded and resorts world isn’t worth it.

This property is really nice, however so many of the restaurants were closed for private events or just randomly closed in general even when the hours were listed as open. We were not told of any of this upon check in. Half the restaurants in the Famous Food Street Eats were in darkness as well. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door one night at 9:30pm, woke us up, to offer water. Nice gesture, but turndown service was already done and we were already sleeping and had to get up and answer the door; she rang the bell 3 times. The fire alarm also went off for a good while one day too. There was too many little things and inconsistencies to give this property a strong rating.

They do not have all the amenities like the Wynn. No Bath Tub!!! Very Disappointing!!!

Property was overall nice desides checkin. They said you guys cancelled my reservations so i had to sit there for an hour while they figured it out. I had proof of my reservation so they gave me a room.
